The three pallets were in stock. They just couldn’t be moved between 14:32 and 15:18, because two of the three vehicles were unavailable. That’s why the material for order 4711 didn’t reach the line yesterday. Nobody built a report to find that out. Somebody asked - in plain language - and the assistant worked out by itself which five queries it needed. The identpro Warehouse Execution System now serves its data over Model Context Protocol (#MCP). Connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own locally operated LLM with an API key, and ask the warehouse the way you’d ask a colleague. And one deliberate decision behind it: “The industry is currently promising autonomous agents in the warehouse. We believe the first useful step is a different one: letting people ask their warehouse questions. We deliberately do not let the software act. Anyone responsible for a running warehouse operation wants to see first that the answers are right.” (Martin Welp, Managing Director) Read-only. No assistant can change data, create orders or trigger movements. The data never leaves the system, no copy is made, it’s read at runtime. Your warehouse knows where everything is. Nobody has to scan a thing. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eEz_kSN3

SAP users know this: A driver picks up the pallet, confirms the task, drives off. Somewhere between bin A and bin B the scanner freezes. Or the WiFi drops. The pallet arrives. The task does not. The stock sits between two bins, booked out of one and not into the other. Nobody notices until someone goes looking or until the Difference Analyzer spits it out weeks later. The usual answers: faster WiFi, better scanners, stricter rules. But the problem isn’t the scanner. It’s that the system waits for a human to report something that already happened. The identpro WES removes the report. LiDAR on the forklifts captures every movement automatically. There is no task to interrupt, because nobody is confirming anything. The result posts back through IDoc, OData or REST. It won’t fix your qRFC queues. It removes one of the most common reasons they fill up. Your warehouse knows where everything is. Nobody has to scan a thing. 👉 https://lnkd.in/e5dZg_ia/?utm_campaign=2026Reichweite&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1153409234&hsa_acc=509302531&hsa_cam=1153409234&hsa_grp=825708014&hsa_ad=1605640184&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3

Searching is the only activity in a warehouse that produces nothing. At Elmar Jung Product Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, that cost two full-time positions. Not during peak season. Year-round. The wholesaler for garden and outdoor products runs 100,000 m² across three sites in Neunkirchen, with around 5,000 items in stock. A warehouse management system has been in place since 2017. Pallets scanned on arrival, assigned to a location, trackable in theory. In practice, accuracy depended on every entry being made correctly, every time. One missed scan and the goods were physically there but invisible to the system. Search trips, labour cost, late customer orders. With the stock sitting in the building the whole time. Since the WES went live, searching has disappeared from the warehouse entirely. The two people who used to spend their days looking are doing other work, and order throughput went up with the same headcount. And it isn't a wholesale problem. At Jaco Custom Grinding Corp in New York, stone processing, three to four people per shift did nothing but locate containers. Over 2,000 of them. Today search time is down by 99%. Different industries. Same nothing. Your warehouse knows where everything is. Nobody has to scan a thing. 👉 https://lnkd.in/egrnhDe6

We've always known that professional relationships are worth building for the long run. With our customers, and just as much with our partners. So we're glad to be teaming up with the team at PRECOGIT GmbH once again for an event like BrauBeviale. And yes, it has paid off. Together we're simply stronger. The beverage industry is where we all feel at home. So much so that we regularly join Michael Eberhard and Christian Gradt on their #podcast "Bier & Bytes", produced together with BRAUWELT, to talk about where it's heading. Conversations about the brewery of the future, and what digitalising it actually takes. This year Nutreon Engineering GmbH joins us with their process and performance consulting for food and beverage. Carlsberg and Eckes-Granini are among their references. And we've built the stand around one topic: saving costs requires digital efficiency. Because cost in beverage logistics rarely sits in one place. It hides between the systems: in the scan steps SAP demands, in processes that grew rather than were designed, in empty runs nobody measures. Each of us can show you one of those. Together we can show you all three. #PRECOGIT: the SAP layer #Nutreon: processes and performance in the plant #identpro: the physical warehouse, tracked in real time, without manual scanning 📅 10–12 November 2026 · Nuremberg · Hall 9, Stand 371 And your #freeticket is on us. Knowing exactly what sits on a particular pallet matters in a lot of industries. Especially when one specific batch has to reach one specific customer. Building materials are no exception: Clinker comes in batches, and batches differ in colour. Get the wrong pallet and you get returns, coordination calls, and a customer looking at a wall they didn't order. At Hagemeister GmbH & Co. KG - Klinkerwerk in #Nottuln, that used to be managed on paper. Their Warehouse Manager puts it plainly: "In the yard, there was no digitization at all. Everything was paper-based and passed on verbally. Orders in and out of production were handled by word of mouth." Today every pallet is captured the moment it leaves production. LiDAR on the conveyor identifies it, LiDAR on the forklifts follows it across an open, dusty outdoor yard, and the booking lands in the ERP system without anyone typing anything. "We can now verify every pallet: from production to loading. Our inventory accuracy has improved significantly." Your warehouse knows where everything is. Nobody has to scan a thing. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eBu9-hnA

"The system completely transformed our company. We were able to run the new production line with just 2 employees instead of 10. Without any new hires." Al Bluemle, CEO, JACO Grinding Let's look back at the time before identpro. The reality at #JACO Grinding, a stone processing company with two sites, looked like this: 2,000 containers and three to four people whose entire job was finding them. Material moves through multiple grinding stages, and almost all of it travels in containers. The inventory system held the data, but it just wasn't accurate. Planning became guesswork, wrong material reached the production lines, and the searching never stopped. Then came the growth problem. A new production line was on the table. Staffed the existing way, it would have needed ten additional employees. identpro's WES gave every container a permanent ID and a digital twin. Material, weight and fill level are captured automatically. RTLS tracks each container's position in real time, even as the yard changes shape through the day. The #result: search time down by 99 %, and a new production line running with two people instead of ten. #Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eATbzgSA/?utm_campaign=2026Reichweite&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1153409234&hsa_acc=509302531&hsa_cam=1153409234&hsa_grp=825708014&hsa_ad=1574169554&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3
