ICT Solutions

Pick the process that annoys everyone. Usually it's the one where somebody copies data out of an email into a spreadsheet, then into a system, three times a week, forever. We'll sit with your team and map it properly. Then we'll tell you whether AI helps, roughly what it costs, and what it won't fix. Get in touch and we'll book one.

Most of the firewalls we take over were probably properly configured on day one. But then three years passed. The IT team changed department heads twice, and half the team turned over. A rule gets added for a project that finished in 2023. A VPN profile stays live for a contractor who left. Nobody touches the config because nobody's certain what breaks. We run Fortinet estates for clients across Malta. The first job is always the same: find out what's actually in there, then cut the rules back to what the business needs now. After that it's managed. Firmware, policy reviews, alerts feeding into our SOC. Speak to an expert about your firewall estate.

Calamatta Cuschieri has been in Maltese financial services since 1972. Online trading, fund services, discretionary portfolios, investment management. A banking platform that has to stay up while the market is open, and a regulator that expects PCI DSS and ISO 27001 to be evidenced rather than claimed. We designed and built their Azure foundation around those two facts. Policies and blueprints so the environment stays consistent every time someone spins something up, rather than being rebuilt by hand each time. Then we took over running it: Azure Monitor, cost optimisation, and 24x7 monitoring with a backline escalation into Microsoft. Talk to an expert about your cloud environment.

Forget the dramatic AI predictions. There’s a more useful question for leadership: which AI tools are already inside your organisation, and who approved them? (Nobody. The answer is usually nobody.) ICT Solutions' Agent Governance service maps what's in use, puts accountability behind it and sets controls around AI access to company data. Start by knowing. Connect with our team.

A client list uploaded to a free AI tool. Sensitive information pasted into a chatbot. AI-generated work entering the business without anyone checking it. These aren’t future risks. This is now. Most AI policies are one paragraph in a staff handbook nobody has opened since their first week. ICT Solutions builds a governance framework that actually holds: visibility over what's being used, a named owner for each tool, and controls that match what the tool can reach. Governance doesn't slow your teams down. The incident afterwards does. Get in touch.

AI can make recommendations. Let it set its own boundaries and you'll end up explaining decisions that nobody in the building made. With ICT Solutions' Agent Governance service, you decide which tools and agents are approved, who owns them, what they can access and how far they go. Use AI properly and keep the final say. Get a second opinion from our team.
