🇨🇭 5,000 shoppers asked an AI Human for directions , gift ideas and the restaurant in 3 months . Here's how Emilia made it into the 'Harrods of Switzerland' For almost 150 years LOEB AG has put the customer first , with an in-store experience they call 'retailtainment' What's more entertaining than a life-size AI Human ? One that speaks the local dialect - no less. Emilia stands next to the escalators in Bern . Kids , grandparents , everyone in between , asking in their own language - where's the restaurant ? which floor has the kids' shoes ? what do I get my mum for her birthday ? Affectionately known as the 'Harrods of Switzerland' , Loeb is a heritage brand with a long history of trust to protect. So placing an AI Human in-store was a risk . It's a risk that paid off. The shoppers like Emilia , so do the staff. She helps out when it gets busy , knows her way around all eight floors , and makes people smile . Big thank you to Martin Stucki and his team from Loeb for the vision. And thank you to Nicolas Yann Sellin who led it from our side. The tech only matters as much as the answer a shopper walks away with AI Humans can find their place in any brand. Start with what your customers keep asking !

🔥 I’m hiring two Retail Media Network Builders - one in the US, one in Europe. Retail media is becoming one of the most important channels in advertising , and the next chapter won’t be won only by more inventory and impressions - it will be won by real impact ! At HYPERVSN we’re building a new generation of premium 3D media networks - more valuable for retailers , more impactful for brands , and more experiential for people. Experiential is the key word here. Our most immersive experiences happen in real life - in 3D. We humans are neurologically wired to experience the world in 3D , and naturally 3D content creates stronger and more memorable experiences - it’s biology and it’s fundamental to what we do ! So I’m looking for entrepreneurial retail media leaders who have built networks before - and want to build the next one from 0 to 1. People who understand retailers, landlords, media owners, sales houses, agencies, and brands -and know how to turn premium physical locations into media revenue. It is a role to build a new machine , it's a category defining role - for someone who can : - secure premium retail and real-world locations - build partnerships with retailers, landlords, and media owners - structure commercial models from scratch - launch pilots and turn them into networks - bring sales houses, agencies, and brands into the ecosystem - prove impact beyond impressions, scale what works and build the operating model around it If this sounds like you, please DM me - tell me what you've built. And if you know someone who has built media networks before - please send this to them or tag them below 🙏 We’re building premium 3D media networks.

💎 This is how SWAROVSKI launched Ariana Grande’s new collection - with floating 3D holograms Window displays are built to get people inside the store. Most fail.. Because they don’t make people feel anything. People glance for 2 seconds and keep walking But reaching younger generations means speaking their language. And they respond to experiences they can't get anywhere else. For the Ariana Grande x Swarovski Capsule launch, SWAROVSKI deployed floating 3D holograms in the windows of London and Paris' most prestigious stores. Ariana Grande brings the cultural moment. Holograms turn Swarovski's story into an immersive experience. Together ? They get people off the street and into the store Huge thanks to our partners JCDecaux for flawless execution P.S. Which brand should go 3D next ? Drop your suggestions 👇

Prince William helped us manufacture our products Nine years ago, we were one of 50 startups selected to demo at Founders Forum. Prince William walked in. It was a scheduled visit, a few founders were selected to pitch. One CEO began demoing a robot to the Prince The grand plan - a robot dance performance for royalty. To Daft Punk's song Get Lucky. Robots weren't exactly graceful back then so it looked like it was glitching Then the robot fell. And William commented - 'You've got to work on his dance moves'. That's when the CEO pivoted - 'Not our robot, we just built it' When Prince William left, I approached this CEO : "You said you build products for others, want to build our product ?" Turned out the CEO was Mike McNamara of Flex - the largest U.S. contract electronics manufacturer. Over 150,000 employees globally. Third largest in the world after Foxconn the iPhone manufacturer 24 hours later Mike personally emailed me with his team copied in. Nine years later, Flex is still our manufacturing partner. Thanks, Prince William… you unknowingly introduced us to one of our long-standing partners. And thanks Founders Forum Group ! I always wished I had a photo from that moment - so I went digging. And of course the internet had it. That exact moment : Mike pitching. The Prince watching. Me behind them listening. P.S. What's your take - was this luck or just what happens when you keep building and showing up ?

Retail is DEAD because it’s BORING. Nike is bringing it back to life - with holograms. Consumers can buy anything online in 2 clicks. But they can’t experience anything online. That’s why retailers competing on the wow factor -not convenience- are winning. Less focus on products. More focus on experiences. Take Nike’s House of Innovation in Paris Instead of putting their new AirMaxDn on shelves, they built floating 3D holograms that brought the 'Feel the Unreal' story to life. The moment customers walk in, they’re experiencing something they can’t get anywhere else They remember it. They talk about it. And most importantly - they come back. The stores still open in 5 years will be the ones that make people feel something. P.S. what kind of in-store experience would actually make you get off Amazon and walk into a store ?
