Huber USA

It is with deep sadness that we share news of the unexpected passing of Georg Kiefer on Sept 15, 2025. Georg was Huber USA's founding CEO, leading the company until his retirement in Dec 2023. Those who worked with Georg knew him for his boundless energy, his passion and his trademark motto, “Work Hard, Play Hard.” Georg’s love of Elvis was legendary, and with his trademark humor and showmanship, he proudly crowned Huber USA the “King of Temp.” That playful, confident spirit left a lasting imprint on our culture and reminds us still that business can be both driven and joyful. At his retirement party, Georg chose Frank Sinatra’s “My Way” as his karaoke sendoff—a perfect reflection of the man himself. Georg was never afraid to do things his way, always trusting his instincts, and we are all the better for it. We honor Georg not only for building a company, but for creating a community that carries forward his values of passion, joy, and resilience. He will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on in Huber USA and in all who had the privilege to know him. Our deepest sympathies go out to Georg's family and loved ones. We are profoundly grateful for the remarkable legacy he leaves behind. Daniel Huber, Chris Daneffel
