Truing a wheel by hand takes time to learn. With ROCE, you follow the screen. ROCE is our semi-automatic truing machine for wheelbuilders. Clamp the wheel, start the cycle and the touchscreen takes the operator through every step. It shows which nipple to turn and in which direction. Every ROCE comes with: ✔️ 32 inch capability, so it’s ready for the newest wheel size ✔️ Spoke tension measurement and loadcell as standard ✔️ A full report for every wheel. Show your customer what they’re getting ✔️ Self-installation. It arrives ready to unbox, set up and run, with no technician visit. With the ATA upgrade (Advanced Truing Algorithm), the guesswork goes too. The programmed screwdriver knows exactly how many degrees each nipple needs and turns it by that amount. Start with the standard ROCE and add ATA later. It can be retrofitted whenever you’re ready. Truing should take experience out of the equation, not require it. Did you know our machines can lace and true carbon spoked wheels fully automatically? It starts with the spoke. An ordinary carbon spoke gives a machine nowhere to grip. Turn the nipple and the spoke turns with it. TCS spoke technology changes that. A square section at the spoke end gives our grippers a fixed hold. Designed and patented by Holland Mechanics, made under license by Sapim and Alpina. Our grippers close on that square and nothing else. The nipple turns, the spoke does not. Round or bladed, the wheel is laced, tensioned, centered and measured without torsion reaching the carbon. The machine is only as precise as the spoke it holds. Correct end length. Square aligned with the flat of the spoke. Right tolerance in, best wheel out. Available on the InLine Lacer carbon, Robot-OT truing machine and the ROCE hand Truing station Contact us for a free consultation: https://lnkd.in/ea8hfMmj/?utm_campaign=Boost_Plaatsing_Websitebezoeken_stimuleren_15okt.2026&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1232476264&hsa_acc=515108525&hsa_cam=1232476264&hsa_grp=903544434&hsa_ad=1600249214&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 #wheelbuilding #carbonspokes #bicycleproduction #automation #hollandmechanics

32 inch is there to stay. Eight of our machines now run it, in the same line. The market is planning 32 inch into series production, not sample runs. The rim gets bigger, and somewhere on the existing line a machine says no. Not here. The following machines now run 32”: ☑ All our lacers, ☑ The truing robots OT and ANT ☑ The tyre fitter TMC ☑ The tubeless taper ☑ Our new hand truing machine ROCE already was 32” inch ready. The upper limit moved from 28 inch to 32 inch. Switching between sizes is a setting, not a rebuild. Every machine will be Industry 4.0 ready and feed the HM BikeCloud dashboard, so the line reports what it is doing while it does it. Most production interruptions are not caused by machine age. They are caused by what was not checked. Wear parts past their service life. Misalignment quietly affecting quality. Components running outside specification. Small things that stay unnoticed until they become expensive. Annual preventive maintenance is the baseline for standard operation. For heavily used machines, or demanding production environments, we recommend a visit every six months. A visit covers the essentials: ✅ Inspection of critical machine functions ✅ Replacement of scheduled wear parts ✅ Alignment and calibration checks ✅ Quality and safety inspection ✅. A service report with recommendations A planned maintenance visit costs considerably less than unplanned downtime. Built for decades. Maintained for performance. A year ago, nobody asked us about moving a wheelbuilding line. Now it comes up in almost every conversation. Tariffs changed the math. Assembly is moving closer to its markets, and wheels have to follow. The supplier who moves fastest keeps the contract. Hard to do with a line bolted into one building. That's why we build ours to move. More capacity? Add a module. Different mix? Swap one. New plant? Crate it, ship it, we recommission it. New product? A database setting, not a rebuild. A line runs 15 years or more. Your factory may not stay put that long. Your line shouldn't have to. Planning a move? Let's talk. https://lnkd.in/equ4yB3S/?utm_campaign=Boost_Plaatsing_Interactie_stimuleren_24sep.2026&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1214371694&hsa_acc=515108525&hsa_cam=1214371694&hsa_grp=900394044&hsa_ad=1573790154&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 #wheelbuilding #bicycleproduction #reshoring #manufacturing

Three machines is all it takes to make a rim. What matters is what happens when you need a fourth. The Holland Mechanics rimline runs as a 3-Steps Rim Process. Bending, assembly, punching or drilling. The bending station spirals three rims in one run and passes them on automatically. The assembly station cuts and pin-joins in a single machine, with no operator in that process at all. A robot arm loads the punching or drilling station. Every rim sits in the rim database, so a changeover is a selection rather than a setup. Then there is the part most people underestimate. A brake surface or eyeleting station connects straight into the existing line and stays part of one unmanned system. The layout follows your floor, straight or U-shape, at the degree of automation you choose. A full rimline setup takes roughly 120 m². Planning a rimline, or extending one? A requirements meeting with our engineers is free and carries no obligation. https://lnkd.in/eQpEUm49/?utm_campaign=Plaatsing_Websitebezoeken_stimuleren_10sep.2026&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1212040964&hsa_acc=515108525&hsa_cam=1212040964&hsa_grp=893370704&hsa_ad=1555461514&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 #rimproduction #wheelbuilding #bicycleindustry #automation
