NexPand, our trusted rock and concrete breaking chemical, also known as an expansive mortar, allows your mining, quarrying, or construction team, controlled rock breaking where blasting is not practical or permitted. Mix with water and pour into the drill hole to initiate a controlled, gradual expansion that cracks and breaks rock, concrete, reinforced concrete slabs, and beams. Whenever required, Harlen Supplies will support you with expert led training and onsite application guidance, so you get consistent results on every project.

NexPand Large Hole is a powerful rock breaking chemical specifically for large diameter drilling in active mining and quarrying operations that don’t allow for conventional explosives. It delivers a controlled cracking effect in holes from 76 mm to 127 mm, making it suitable for overburden, oversize boulders, in situ rock, and high grade ore bodies in sensitive areas. Silent, precise, and environmentally friendly, it helps keep production on schedule without the need for blasting permits or complex logistics.
