NEW: Firm Oversight Treatment Plans Compliance teams can now upload your P&Ps/WSPs, and let Hadrius AI agents structure them into a dynamic list of risks, mitigating controls, and recurring tasks/tests. My favorite part - these are all interconnected and dynamic. Update a certain inherent risk or the set of mitigating controls for that risk during your annual assessment? That change gets reflected in Hadrius. I like to think of this as a more structured form of the Word/PDF docs we all use to manage our policies - you can see the web of the entire connected compliance regime all in one place. Huge shoutout to Mark Nazzaro who made this feature happen!

Recent news in the tech world - everybody's talking about some app that released hundreds of thousands (maybe even millions) of people's selfies. Reminded me of a conversation I had recently. Hadrius has had to think about security like an enterprise, not a startup, from the start. SOC 2 from the beginning, GDPR controls well in advance of EMEA/etc expansions. Security and trust is what it's all about

FEATURE SPOTLIGHT: Website archiving Regulated firms in our industry must archive their publicly facing webpages. Most of the tech solutions out there just have web crawlers that take screenshots. We did this too, last year. But websites are getting more modern, with animations, script elements, and newsletters/popups. So screenshots don't capture what needs to be captured. Hadrius goes a level deeper. We capture the DOM itself - the code-level objects making up the site. Better tech -> better capturing -> better compliance

FEATURE: Comms Review Reports 1/ Archive details per employee for all emails and IMs 2/ Get a high level of which rules are being violated most often 3/ For consultants/service partners: easily share findings with your clients This has been a staple of ours since the start, but we've recently made some big changes in look/feel. Check it out below!

Re-Introducing Email Review. Review high priority AI flags, export in a single click, and escalate to whoever needs to see it. Now about 2x easier to use. This was actually the first/only module we launched with when Hadrius was just starting out, so it holds a special place in my heart. -- Try it yourself in Archive > Email Review > Try New View Massive shoutout to Anushriya + Jonathan from the team for designing and shipping this out so quickly!

FEATURE SPOTLIGHT: Random Sampling With Hadrius, the unit of review is no longer the "flagged keyword" but rather the "natural language rule" But old habits die hard, and on top of that there's always going to be a need for the classic 1-3% search/random flagging use-case. Sample a count or a percentage of emails, instant messages, and social media.
