Why should you visit us at DroneX to learn more about solid-state hydrogen storage? As UAV applications extend into critical sectors, traditional battery-powered systems often reach their practical limits, particularly in terms of flight time, payload capacity, recharge rates, and operational efficiency. Hydrogen presents a compelling alternative, but safe and efficient storage is needed to enable a wider adoption in the industry. Our solid-state storage solutions based on reticular materials operate efficiently at near-ambient temperatures and low pressures, eliminating safety concerns associated with high-pressure systems and the logistical and cost challenges of cryogenic storage. Lightweight, compact, scalable, and safe: our technology is ideal for UAV applications, enabling drones to fly further and lift more. Powered by hydrogen, drones can fly longer and carry heavier payloads. However, safe and efficient storage of hydrogen fuel remains a major challenge. At H2MOF, we're tackling this challenge with innovative solid-state hydrogen systems that store hydrogen at low pressure and near-ambient temperatures, avoiding the safety concerns and permitting challenges associated with high pressure and cryogenic liquid. Key advantages: - Compact, lightweight and efficient - Scalable configurations, hydrogen capacities from 100 g to several kg - Conformable architectures for improved aerodynamics and space utilizations - Seamless integration with the fuel cell Want to learn more? Meet our team at this year's DroneX in London! We're looking forward to discussing how we can help drive a wider adoption of hydrogen in the UAV industry. The potential is real: with superior energy density and operational efficiencies, hydrogen offers significant advantages over traditional batteries. With our safe, compact solid-state storage technology based on Nobel Prize-winning science, drones can fly further, lift more, and operate with greater flexibility across applications. Meet us at DroneX (stand U330) to learn how we can improve UAV operations: https://hubs.li/Q04wVTW70

Join Magnus Bach (EMBA), H2MOF's VP of Business Development, on stage at DroneX in London. Hydrogen fuel cells offer a compelling alternative to batteries, with significantly higher energy density. The open question is how to store the hydrogen safely and efficiently on board. Magnus is speaking on September 29 at 12:30 in the Future of Flight Theater. His session "Improving UAV Payload and Flight Time with Solid-State Hydrogen Storage" will show how H2MOF's solid-state technology, built on Nobel Prize-winning science, stores hydrogen at low pressure and near-ambient temperature. It is a safer and lighter alternative to high-pressure and cryogenic systems and enables longer flight times and heavier payloads for demanding UAV applications. H2MOF at Gastech 2026! In many hydrogen projects, the delivered price of hydrogen ends up costing up to 10x its production cost, driven largely by inefficient storage and transport. Compression and liquefaction come with energy penalties, costly infrastructure, and complex safety systems that slow the whole value chain down. At H2MOF, we are tackling the hydrogen storage challenge with nano-engineered reticular materials based on Nobel Prize-winning science. At Gastech 2026 in Bangkok (September 14-17), we look forward to discussing how our solid-state hydrogen storage technology at low pressure and near-ambient temperature can enable a wider adoption of hydrogen. If you're attending and want to talk about cutting the cost of storing and transporting hydrogen, let's connect: https://hubs.li/Q04vt_-w0

Our hydrogen storage technology builds on the foundational work of our founders, the late Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart, a pioneer of supramolecular chemistry and molecular machines, and Nobel Laureate Prof. Omar Yaghi, founder of reticular chemistry and inventor of materials like metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). These crystalline materials can be engineered with atomic precision, creating an ultra-porous scaffold where the pores act like "parking lots" for hydrogen molecules, enabling hydrogen storage at low pressure and near-ambient temperature in solid state. At Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, our CTO Dr. Neel Sirosh will unpack how this translates into lower CAPEX and OPEX across the hydrogen value chain and enables a wider adoption of hydrogen. Catch the session Monday, September 14 at 2:00 PM, or get in touch to meet us at the event: https://hubs.li/Q04wG06X0
