Gruntwork

Stop maintaining CI glue. Start shipping infrastructure.

A free-forever Terragrunt pipeline.

Remember with IBM/Hashicorp rugpulled their HCP free tier? There's a great alternative that puts control back into your hands with the Terragrunt Scale Free tier. We don't want your tf state, secrets or credentials. Everything is managed and owned by you in your own cloud infra! Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gXsjRjKN

A reasonable objection we hear when asking engineers why they haven’t tried out Terragrunt Scale is "We don't have a spare sprint to evaluate this." That’s fair. So, we’ve streamlined the Free Tier. Low friction setup. No credit card. Up to 25 infrastructure units, unlimited runs, unlimited resources. At the end of onboarding your Terragrunt repo has plans running automatically on pull requests, applies running on merge, plan summaries posted as PR comments, and dependency-ordered execution across environments, all inside your own GitHub Actions or GitLab CI runners. If it isn't obviously better than what you have now, you've lost an hour and learned something. If it is, you already have it running. Check out Terragrunt Scale https://lnkd.in/giDXJHWM

Terragrunt Scale is production-grade infrastructure automation, built by the creators of Terragrunt itself: 🔹 Pipelines — Secure GitOps CI/CD that runs in your own GitHub/GitLab. Plans run on PR open, applies run on merge — nothing touches a third-party server. 🔹 Drift Detection — Scheduled scans that catch configuration drift before it becomes an outage, with automatic PRs to reconcile it. 🔹 Patcher — Automated PRs to keep your modules and providers current, without the manual grind. You can try it out for free. The Terragrunt Scale Free Tier includes: ✅ Unlimited runs and resources ✅ Up to 25 infrastructure units ✅ No credit card required ✅ Live in under 10 minutes If you're running Terragrunt and doing any of this manually, it's worth the 10 minutes to set up. 👉 https://lnkd.in/g5VvdHXU #DevOps #IaC #Terragrunt #GitOps #Terraform #PlatformEngineering

I managed infrastructure with Terragrunt for years before I joined Gruntwork. In those years, I had to manually re-invent the wheel every time I wanted to automate running Terragrunt in CI *the right way*. If I could have, I would have outsourced this responsibility to a party I trusted, as it was undifferentiated heavy lifting and tedious to set up manually. I'm proud of the fact that nowadays Gruntwork offers a fantastic service in Terragrunt Scale, saving engineers the toil of setting this up on their own. I'm especially proud of the fact that it runs directly in user controlled GitHub Actions / GitLab CI Pipelines runners, with no access to customer cloud resources from Gruntwork servers. Everything it does is driven by GitOps workflows configured in your repositories, keeping you close to your code. The setup friction is the lowest I've ever seen for IaC automation (if you're on GitHub managing AWS infrastructure, the most complicated thing you'll have to do is copy and paste once). It also has a generous *free tier* that doesn't require a credit card for sign up. Sign up today! https://lnkd.in/eDQQdbEb
