🚨 Global dairy companies just got the recognition they deserve 🏆 Industrial dairy companies have worked incredibly hard to perfect the art of greenwashing the planetary impacts of the dairy industry—also known as "milkwashing." They pump massive amounts of methane into the atmosphere while spending millions to hide it and look like climate champions. So we decided to honor Arla, Fonterra and FrieslandCampina with the Milkwash Awards! Check out our video as we present awards for Creative Accounting, Green by Association, and Lobby Like a Legend to three companies that truly deserve the attention. Then visit our website to find out how other global players are concealing their environmental impact. 👉 Learn more at: www.milkwash.com Thanks to everyone around the world who voted on which company deserved the ultimate Milkwash Award. Your participation helps us hold Big Dairy accountable. #StopBigAg #Milkwash #NoAgGreenwashing #CorporateAccountability

You’ve heard of Big Oil and Big Tobacco, but have you heard of Big Ag - the king of more? Big Ag’s relentless exploitation of the land for intensive livestock farming has them churning out more cows, more milk, more meat, more climate-destroying methane gas, more rainforest destruction, all for the sake of making MORE profit. They’re cooking the planet, while hiding the truth with false claims and #greenwash. But this is not the end of the story. 👉 Ready to Stop Big Ag and move to agroecology? 🔥 New report: Big Meat and Dairy are roasting the planet — and their emissions rival Big Oil 🔥 Greenpeace Nordic, Foodrise, Friends of the Earth, and IATP just released "Roasting the Planet" with staggering findings: 🥩 Five meat companies (JBS, Marfrig, Tyson, Minerva, Cargill) each emit more than Chevron, Shell, or BP 🌍 45 meat & dairy corporations emit more than Saudi Arabia 💨 Their methane emissions exceed all EU27 + UK combined 🐄 80% from cattle (cow burps & farts) — and methane is 80x more powerful than CO2 over 20 years 📘 Read: https://lnkd.in/eN-5rD2N Yet while science demands livestock reductions, these companies plan massive expansion while greenwashing. JBS projects 70% growth by 2050 while walking back climate commitments. The climate crisis demands accountability from Big Ag, just as it does from Big Oil. 👉 Take action: https://lnkd.in/e6KbBt3X #StopBigAg #RoastingThePlanet #AgroecologyNow

It is possible to slow down global heating within our lifetime if we limit meat and dairy production. Livestock is the single largest human-made source of methane globally. We need to cut methane emissions with a just food system transition out of industrial meat and dairy production. It will have a cooling effect on rising global temperatures! 👉 Want to help stop Big Ag emissions? Go here: https://act.gp/4qgwV3V #StopBigAg #MakeMethaneVisible #NoFactoryFarms #AgroecologyNow
