We offer employers in the built environment sector work placements that could lead to a full-time hire. Since 2022, we’ve placed 34 candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds, building a pipeline of future leaders in the built environment sector. The results speak for themselves: 👉 75% of graduates are now in full-time employment 👉 Nearly half were employed directly by a host employer! Now we're launching the fifth round of our award-winning Emerging Talent Programme, and we are looking for employers that can offer 6-9 month placements. Past employers include local authorities, housing associations, and SMEs. There's a clear need for greater ethnic diversity in the sector - now we've made hiring talent simple and successful. Employer benefits ✅ Effortless hiring: We handle all recruitment, vetting, and onboarding, eliminating your HR and administrative overhead. ✅ High productivity: Candidates receive dedicated support, mentoring, and training to ensure they are productive and job-ready from day one. ✅ Team upskilling: Managers gain practical EDI experience and receive essential Cultural Intelligence (CQ) training. Host employers consistently tell us they benefit as much as the candidates. "For an SME like Altair, the offer of managing the whole process from recruitment and onboarding... is very attractive." — Tom Dewey, Director, @Altair Future of London works with local authorities, SMEs, developers, and consultants committed to a diverse built environment. If you want to increase the diversity of your team, reach out to @Hermione Penny (Emerging Talent Programme Manager) for an informal discussion or click "Learn More" below. #EmergingTalentProgramme #BuiltEnvironment #UrbanDesign #Architecture #WorkPlacements #LondonJobs #EDI #Diversity
