Is a 50% application submission rate a good result? For a full-time MBA, it's well above average. For an Executive Master's, it's well below. Without a benchmark, how would you know? After more than 17 years working with higher education institutions, I've seen how difficult it can be to answer a seemingly simple question: How well are we actually converting prospective students? That's why I'm particularly proud to share Full Fabric 2025–2026 Admissions Conversion Benchmark Study, built with data from 19 Financial times ranked business schools across 9 European countries and more than 100 programmes. A few findings that stood out to me: → There's no such thing as a typical admissions funnel. Certificates and diplomas convert 67% of prospects into applicants, compared with just 11% for online MBAs. → Some programmes need a much wider funnel than others. For every student enrolled, full-time MBAs need around 94 prospects and 14 started applications. Part-time and Executive MBAs need fewer than 4 started applications per enrolled student. → Application fees involve a trade-off. Programmes charging an application fee see around 10 percentage points fewer completed applications, but 13 percentage points more admitted candidates enrolling, compared with their programme-type averages. → Not all applications have the same financial value. Executive MBAs generate approximately €21,900 in cohort tuition value per started application, compared with €3,400 for full-time MBAs. A huge thank you to the 19 institutions that contributed their data and made this research possible. How does your institution compare? 📊 Download the full Admissions Conversion Benchmark Study to benchmark your programmes, identify where prospective students drop out, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion. https://lnkd.in/e3an6kjT #HigherEducation #Admissions #EnrolmentManagement #BusinessSchools

Celebrating four years of partnership with POLIMI Graduate School of Management 🎉 As part of Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe's leading technical universities, POLIMI Graduate School of Management has built an international reputation for combining management, technology and innovation. Today, it is one of the fewer than 1% of business schools worldwide to hold the prestigious Triple Crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS) and is consistently recognised among Europe's leading business schools in the Financial Times rankings. Since 2022, Full Fabric has powered the school's admissions and enrolment operations, supporting the entire applicant journey—from a started application through to an enrolled student—across 197 programmes. Integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Flywire Payment Gateway, Full Fabric helps the team deliver a seamless experience while providing a single platform to manage admissions and enrolment. The results speak for themselves: 📈 50.3% conversion from started to submitted applications 📈 78% conversion from admitted to enrolled students These are outstanding outcomes and a testament to both the strength of POLIMI GSoM's admissions strategy and the dedication of the teams behind it. A special thank you to Mariano Demartino and the entire team for the trust, collaboration and partnership over these past four years. #HigherEducation #BusinessSchool #Admissions #StudentRecruitment #DigitalTransformation #EdTech #StudentInformationSystem #FullFabric

What does e-commerce look like in higher education? Student expectations are changing. They increasingly expect the same simple, self-service digital experiences in higher education that they already get from consumer apps, from discovering the right programme to enrolling and making a payment. That’s what we mean by Full Fabric Commerce and it's a shift that I've seen accelerate across the institutions we work with, especially as they grow executive and online education, microcredentials and lifelong learning. With the Commerce module institutions can: 🔹 Build dynamic programme catalogues 🔹 Enable self-service applications and registrations 🔹 Deliver seamless online purchasing 🔹 Offer flexible payments and payment plans 🔹 Support stackable learning journeys And because Full Fabric is modular and composable, Commerce can work alongside your existing technology stack or as part of the wider Full Fabric platform. 👉 Explore our Commerce interactive demo: https://lnkd.in/eeQ8sTz6/?utm_campaign=RS:Prospecting&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=1144801824&hsa_acc=500062687&hsa_cam=1144801824&hsa_grp=796108914&hsa_ad=1563993904&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 #HigherEd #EdTech #StudentExperience

Technology evolves. Student expectations evolve. Higher education evolves. The partnerships that stand the test of time are the ones that evolve alongside them. I'm incredibly proud that, 12 years on, Stockholm School of Economics continues to trust Full Fabric to support its student recruitment, admissions and enrolment journey. Today, SSE uses Full Fabric's integrated Relationship Management, Commerce and Admissions platform to manage recruitment, admissions and enrolment across its Bachelor's, Master's, Executive MBA, PhD and Exchange programmes. As higher education has evolved, so too have the expectations of prospective students. Institutions today need more than a way to process applications—they need the insight to understand what's working, the flexibility to adapt, and the tools to deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student. A special thank you to Anna Dozai Ahlqvist Karin Wistrom Natalia Antsiferova Ann-Kristin Bjurström Helena Bergelv Timo Jesse and the many colleagues at Stockholm School of Economics I've had the pleasure of working with over the years. Partnerships like this are built by people, and it's been a privilege to be part of this journey together. If you'd like to learn more about how Stockholm School of Economics has transformed its recruitment and admissions processes over the past 12 years, you can read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/dVfHdsAt We're excited to keep innovating together and supporting Stockholm School of Economics for many years to come. #HigherEducation #EdTech #Admissions #StudentRecruitment #HigherEdCRM #CustomerSuccess #Partnerships

The one-degree-for-life era is over. 100M+ learners are already pursuing micro-credentials, executive programmes and professional certificates. By 2030, non-degree credentials are projected to outnumber bachelor's degrees awarded in the US. Yet most Student Information Systems still treat every programme as a separate journey—another record, another process, another disconnected experience. Full Fabric is built for lifelong learning. One connected learner record from first enquiry to alumni re-enrolment: 🎓 Academic progression across all programmes 📚 Credits, grades and attendance in one place 📄 Transcripts on demand 🚀 Easy re-enrolment into new programmes after graduation One platform. One source of truth. Lifelong relationships with your learners. See how we're approaching lifelong learning, executive education and stackable credentials: 👉 https://lnkd.in/eF9yQ2B3
