In this category report, we collaborated with Aybee to provide a data-led look at how DIY, House & Garden brands are winning on Amazon.de.

€7.84 billion. That's the DIY & Garden market on Amazon.de over the last twelve months, and €503 million of it was new revenue. Our category report shows where that growth came from, which five subcategories drove about three-quarters of it, and why challenger brands are outpacing established manufacturers. Use the insights to check whether your third-party sales are real growth or volume leaking out of your own trade channel, and to plan which product launches to prioritize. Download the report and get six priority actions.

📅 3. November 2026 | 10:00–10:45 Uhr CET 📍 Live-Webinar (online) 👉 Hier könnt ihr euch anmelden: https://lnkd.in/dnzQ7zjr

The new logo is approved. But what's next? That's where the real work starts. 🎯 Once a brand refresh is signed off, teams still have to bring the new identity to life everywhere it shows up. From product pages and listings where shoppers find and compare brands to the own shop, everything needs to align. In practice, this isn't easy. Without a shared system, even a strong visual identity can quickly fragment in execution across the team. That's why you need a unified design system. It ensures: - one clear framework is used for every touchpoint - all ecommerce channels and the digital shelf have the same look and feel - every creative that is being published across social, campaigns, packaging, and retail is consistent with the new identity We have seen the impact implementing a design system can have on brands, even long-established ones. If you're curious how one of the world's most recognized brands keeps its look consistent across every digital touchpoint ... 👉 Check out our Adidas case study: https://lnkd.in/dp_zQaFJ/?utm_campaign=BuildinAmsterdam&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=816864754&hsa_acc=514221214&hsa_cam=816864754&hsa_grp=465386364&hsa_ad=1600472364&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 And if you want to find out more about design systems and how they can help your brand to achieve the same at ease, have a look at our capabilities: https://lnkd.in/dAekHB6X/?utm_campaign=BuildinAmsterdam&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=816864754&hsa_acc=514221214&hsa_cam=816864754&hsa_grp=465386364&hsa_ad=1600472364&hsa_net=linkedin&hsa_ver=3 Staying on brand doesn't have to be hard. And we're happy to show you how.

Amazon's variation rollout changes are quietly eroding review equity for brands that haven't mapped their dependency. When a parent ASIN loses its pooled review count or a hero child gets delisted the conversion impact is immediate and measurable. Most brands only notice after the damage is done. This 7-step checklist gives you a structured way to audit your variation setup before Amazon's next category rollout catches you off guard: 1️⃣ Align variation themes to real customer experience differences 2️⃣ Map review dependency across parent and child ASINs 3️⃣ Document baselines before rollout hits your category 4️⃣ Identify hero children driving conversion and protect them 5️⃣ Audit catalog data for attribute mismatches 6️⃣ Update your launch approach for new variation entries 7️⃣ Adjust media execution to reflect child-level rating differences Download the checklist now and pressure-test your variation strategy before the next rollout. 👇
