Flier Systems

Sorting young plants is not just about speed. It is about making the right decisions for each plant. The SPH-Sorter grades young plants by size and quality, removes waste, and sorts batches in any pattern you need, from row to row or row to a different layout in the next tray. The result: every batch filled with plants that meet the standard, with more control over plant quality. Built for professional young plant production. https://lnkd.in/efFSgcY6

If your team is still transplanting or sorting young plants by hand, you know how much time and focus it takes. Flier Systems helps professional growers automate this part of production with SPH-Systems. Whether the challenge is gentle transplanting, accurate sorting, or combining both functions in one process, the goal is simple: less repetitive work, better plant quality and more consistency. Curious what this could mean for your nursery? https://lnkd.in/efFSgcY6

Transplanting and sorting young plants is precise work. But it also takes a lot of hands, time and physical effort. With the SPH-Transplanter and SPH-Sorter, growers can automate the steps that are repeated every day. Plants are handled gently, production becomes more consistent, and teams can reduce repetitive manual work. For growers who want to scale up without putting more pressure on the floor, SPH-Systems can make a real difference. See how it works: https://lnkd.in/efFSgcY6

A strong crop starts with a tray full of usable young plants. The SPH-Sorter grades young plants by size and quality, removes waste and fills every batch with plants that meet the standard, in any pattern you need. The SPH-Transplanter moves plants carefully into trays, floats, gutters or pots, without ever touching the plant by hand, so nothing gets damaged or stressed along the way. Not every grower needs both. Whether you’re looking for sorting, transplanting, or both, each system solves its own need: more control over plant quality with the Sorter, gentle handling with the Transplanter.
