25% more opportunities from LinkedIn in H2, or every penny of our fees back. That's the whole offer, and you've heard versions of it before. Guarantees in this industry usually live in the fine print. So here's how this one is built. The baseline is your trailing 6 months of LinkedIn-influenced opportunities, locked in writing before launch. The definition of an influenced opportunity is agreed in writing too, down to what counts as 'influence'. There are two off-ramps. A paid audit in the first fortnight, refunded in full if we determine the guarantee can't be honoured for your business. And a month-3 exit on 30 days notice, so you're never locked into defending a bet that isn't working. Miss the lift and our management fees come back in full. You keep the data, audiences, creative and attribution model whatever happens. We're doing this because we're confident the system delivers, and a guarantee says that louder than a pitch deck. When we hit the lift, we publish the results, with your approval on every claim. That's the trade. And there are only two places because our senior strategy team runs each engagement directly. If %COMPANYNAME% is spending £5k+ a month on LinkedIn with £30k+ contract values, you qualify to apply. Applications close 19th June. The programme starts 1st July. This is what LinkedIn pipeline looks like when it compounds 👇 Zero attributed in year one. £1.1M the year we took over. £5.6M the year after. This were the results of one of our clients in the HR space who came to us after twelve months of LinkedIn spend with nothing attributed to it. The board had written the channel off. We didn't fix it with more budget. We optimised for opportunities instead of cheap leads, and the curve kept climbing instead of flattening. After managing £500m+ in LinkedIn ad spend across 150+ B2B clients, we since became LinkedIn's only Official LinkedIn Ads Marketing Partner in EMEA. That's the track record behind this. For H2 we're guaranteeing a 25% lift in LinkedIn-influenced opportunities for two more businesses, and %COMPANYNAME% has been shortlisted to apply for one of the places. The lift is measured against your trailing 6-month baseline, or we refund every penny of our management fees. The baseline is locked in writing before we start. So is the definition of an influenced opportunity. No moving targets and no end-of-engagement disputes. After six years on one platform, we're confident the system delivers, and we'd rather prove it than claim it. The trade is that when we hit the lift, we publish the results together. It's for B2B companies spending £5k+ a month on LinkedIn with £30k+ contract values. We turn down more applications than we accept. Applications close 19th June. The programme starts 1st July. %COMPANYNAME% is on a shortlist we built before this campaign went live 👇 Companies already spending on LinkedIn, reviewed one by one. Spending on LinkedIn isn't the hard part. Proving what the spend returns is. So here's the offer. A guaranteed 25% lift in LinkedIn-influenced opportunities within 180 days, or every penny of our management fees refunded. The baseline is locked in writing before launch. So is the definition of an influenced opportunity. The audit trail sits in your attribution platform, not ours. And there's a month-3 exit on 30 days notice if it isn't working. We can only stand behind that where the maths supports it, which is why the other end is selective. A maximum of 10 applications. Five progress to a call. Two are offered a place on the audit. For B2B companies spending £5k+ a month on LinkedIn with £30k+ contract values. Applications close 19th June. The programme starts 1st July. The page models the lift on your own numbers 👉 cohort.fillmyfunnel.co.uk

We've seen %COMPANYNAME%'s LinkedIn ads. Nothing clever about it. The Ad Library is public, and reviewing it is how we built the shortlist for this campaign. Three things put %COMPANYNAME% on it. 1️⃣ You're investing in the channel. 2️⃣ The activity we reviewed suggests the volume is there for a meaningful lift. 3️⃣ And you've been live long enough to have a real baseline, which is what a guarantee gets measured against. That third one matters, because here's the offer. A guaranteed 25% lift in your LinkedIn-influenced opportunities within 180 days, or we refund 100% of our management fees. The baseline and the definition of an influenced opportunity are agreed in writing before anything launches, with the audit trail in your attribution platform. You keep the data, audiences, creative and attribution model whatever happens. The catch, since you're looking for one: when we hit the lift, we publish the results as a public case study, with your approval on every claim. Your proof becomes our proof. That's the trade. Two H2 places, for B2B companies spending £5k+ a month on LinkedIn with £30k+ contract values. Applications close 19th June. The programme starts 1st July. The Hard Lesson: Why 34 Right Leads Beat 500 Wrong Ones If your marketing team is celebrating "hitting lead targets" while Sales is staring at an empty pipeline, you're reading the wrong spreadsheet. Here's how we took a resource management software company from zero pipeline impact to 336% YoY growth. 𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 When we started, they were stuck in the silo trap. Broad targeting. Zero customer understanding. A LinkedIn account that was basically a bonfire with a budget. We didn't start with ads. We started with workshops. Sales. CS. Product. Anyone who actually talks to customers. If you don't understand the jobs-to-be-done for every person in a complex buying committee, your messaging is just noise. First-party research is essential for establishing the right foundation. 𝟮. 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 We ditched gated content lead gen. No more forcing people to trade their details for a PDF they'll never read. Instead, we moved value in-feed. Reframed messaging to match each persona's context. Sequenced campaigns through the actual buyer journey. We stopped asking for emails and started leaning on intent instead. 𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 vs. 𝗠𝗶𝗱-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘁 This was the real breakthrough. We stopped running one campaign to rule them all. Treated budget like a portfolio: → Enterprise initiatives for high-value, long-game accounts where we focused on optimising for reach → Mid-Market projects for velocity for focused engagement and conversion to drive pipeline. Reviewed monthly. Moved money where the signals were strongest across firmographics and persona segments. Most companies quit because they don't see high lead volume after a couple of months, when 95% of their target market is not in buy mode. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: → 2024 Pipeline: £1.1M → 2025 Pipeline: £4.8M → Growth: 336% YoY → 34 high-value MQLs = £4.12M pipeline. This channel isn't a game purely about lead volume - its about quality and getting the right 'leads' with intent that will lead to the ultimate goal - pipeline #linkedinads #b2bmarketing

The website is undeniably critical to the success of a LinkedIn Ads programme. Even more so NOW where more and more of the B2B research phase is happening within LLMs and on touchpoints that can't be attributed. When you do get your target market to your website. You need to make it count. It needs to be clear and it needs to meet them at the level and intent they're currently at - as you will never truly know what stage of the buyer journey they are in. It's all too easy to blame LinkedIn Ads when conversions in pipeline look low. I believe too many businesses underinvest and under focus in the website UX and UI and in getting regular feedback on the clarity of the message. I'm going to be covering principles of LinkedIn ads on this newsletter. Feels counterintuitive to be talking about the website for my first post but I think it's clear why it still matters. This principle is - 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. Enjoy your Monday on planet earth! TT
