Field Studies Council

On a Field Studies Council Adventure Residential, pupils learn by doing. Through shared challenges, outdoor experiences and new adventures, young people develop resilience, independence and a stronger belief in their own potential. Discover why adventure residentials remain one of the most powerful enrichment experiences for young people.

Adventure creates opportunities for growth that are difficult to replicate in the classroom. Whether it's taking on a new challenge, supporting others or overcoming setbacks, pupils develop valuable life skills every step of the way. Adventure residentials provide the environment for that growth to happen.

Some of the most important lessons are learned in wild places. Through shared adventures in the outdoors, pupils return with more than memories. They return with a greater understanding of what they're capable of. Find out how Field Studies Council +Adventure residentials help deliver lasting outcomes for pupils.

Growth happens when pupils are given the chance to challenge themselves in new ways. Our +Adventure residentials combine inclusive activities, expert support and meaningful outdoor experiences to help pupils develop resilience, independence and a stronger belief in what they can achieve.
