Today at Feathery, we’re launching Robin, the AI operations assistant for financial services. For decades, businesses have had to adapt the way they operate to their software. AI gives us the opportunity to flip that relationship. What if you could simply describe how you want your business to operate, and your software could build around you? Vibe coding gets you to a prototype. Robin gets you to production. Robin lets teams build and adapt workflows through conversation, on top of Feathery’s infrastructure for integrations, documents, decisioning, testing, and enterprise controls. One RIA launched an entirely new onboarding experience, connected across their systems, in one week. An MGA launched a submission workflow for a new line of business in two. Work that would traditionally take months. This is our biggest product launch yet, and a big step toward what we believe AI-native financial services will look like: giving firms direct control over the software and agents that power their operations. Peter Dun and I are going live at 2 PM ET today to demo Robin. You can also try Robin live on our site. I’m excited to see what you build. Link in the comments 👇

Meet Robin. Robin is Feathery’s AI operations assistant, built to help financial institutions turn business requirements into operational workflows through conversation. Describe what you want to accomplish. Robin helps build it. Then it works alongside your team, drawing on data, documents, and workflow context to surface insights, identify what needs attention, and support decisions. This is a major step toward what we believe the future of financial services will look like: AI-native operations, where intelligence is embedded into how work actually gets done. See Robin in action and learn more: feathery.ai And today at 2 PM ET, our co-founders Peter Dun and Zack Khan are going live to share why we built Robin and demo it live. Advisor transitions are one of the most complex operational processes in wealth management. Behind every successful transition is a tremendous amount of work to prepare paperwork, validate client data, and coordinate across custodians. We're excited to share how RFG Advisory is using Feathery to streamline that process. Together, we've helped RFG: • Cut form generation time by more than 2× • Expand day-one execution with more accounts prepared and sent on day one • Improve data consistency with fewer missing fields We're proud to partner with RFG Advisory to help make advisor transitions faster, more accurate, and easier to execute at scale.

Every week, underwriters at carriers like yours manually extract data from broker PDFs, re-enter it into spreadsheets, and chase missing fields. Feathery eliminates that loop — automatically reading submissions, extracting what's needed, and routing it to your systems. No engineering required.
