In many organisations one controller uses Exsion, while the rest of the team barely knows the tool is there. Understandable, but it comes at a cost. When all the knowledge sits with one person, your reporting grinds to a halt the moment they are away. On top of that, you get only a fraction out of a licence you already pay for. The good news is that this is easy to change. Read the new post by Thomas Werkhoven, director of Exsion365, on how to let your whole team benefit from Exsion. #BusinessCentral #Controllers #FinanceTeam

Your customers run Business Central. The reports are there. Power BI may already be set up. Yet every month, someone is pulling data into Excel, formatting it, sending it out. Next month, the same thing. Barry Kattestaart, Managing Partner at @Navtech Group, recognised the pattern. His team serves BC customers across Bulgaria, Switzerland and the Benelux. After a first introduction at Dynamics Connect in Sofia, Navtech tested Exsion on 50 million rows. The result: a pivot table in just over two and a half minutes. Ready to analyse, no additional data layer needed. "The product does what it promises. Your customers pick it up quickly, you build reports in minutes, and if you get stuck, the helpdesk sorts it out." 20 hours a month on reporting. That was the reality at AASK before they switched to Exsion Reporting. AASK is a US non-profit helping children in foster care and adoption. Their controller, Mary Ellen Rosinski, spent hours every month manually collecting, formatting and correcting financial reports. Now she refreshes her reports with one click from Business Central, straight into Excel. Same format, current numbers. No manual work. Those 20 hours? They now go to analysis and advice. To decisions that help reach more children. In our latest blog, read how AASK made the switch and what it could mean for your reporting process. #BusinessCentral #ExcelReporting #FinancialReporting

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹? 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿/𝗼𝗿. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵. Yet we see it all the time: controllers spending hours on reports in Excel while a Power BI dashboard sits right there. Not because they can’t use it, but because their daily work simply fits better in a spreadsheet. P&Ls, cashflow overviews, bank reconciliations. You don’t do that in a dashboard. You do that in Excel. But smartly. With a direct connection to Business Central. No export, no copy-pasting. In our latest blog, Thomas Werkhoven makes an honest comparison. When do you choose Power BI? When Exsion? And why you don’t have to pick just one. #PowerBI #ExcelReporting #BusinessCentral

One of our customers went from 7 to 50 licenses in four years. Without us ever picking up the phone to upsell. N+P Group is an international recycling and raw materials group. Offices in the Netherlands and the UK, 45 legal entities, more than 500 employees. Chris Hoyle, their Group Financial Controller, started using Exsion for his own monthly reports. After that, it spread on its own. His colleagues saw what he was doing. Consolidation across 14 entities in a single Excel report. Cash flow forecasts he refreshed with one click. Tonnage and margin per contract, operational and financial data combined. They wanted the same thing. That is the pattern I see most often. Not a big rollout from the top down, but one controller who starts and colleagues who follow. Because they see it works. Chris said something that stuck with me. At a previous employer, he implemented Business Central without Exsion. Looking back, he calls that a major mistake. The first six months went into downloading and stitching reports together. That is exactly why I am building this company. Not to be the biggest, but to build the tool that controllers actually want to work with. And if the tool is good enough, it sells itself. 50 licenses later, I can say that with confidence. #BusinessCentral #FinancialReporting #ExcelReporting

𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁. Every new contract means more support requests. More "can you just..." emails about reports. More ad-hoc fixes that seem small, but together paralyze your team. Meanwhile, you search in vain for experienced consultants. The partners breaking this pattern do something different. They stop billing for hours spent on reporting requests and let customers extract their data from Business Central themselves. In Excel, refresh with a single click. Support doesn't go to their team, but directly to the software vendor. 4PS already works this way. Hundreds of construction companies as clients, no extra consultants for reports. Yet a 25% recurring margin per month. Read the latest blog by Thomas Werkhoven, Director at Exsion365, about scaling without overhead. #BusinessCentral #PartnerChannel #RecurringRevenue
