Four years ago, Everlab had no members, one clinician and a very long to do list. This week, LinkedIn ranked us #2 on its Top Startups list for Australia. Since we started, we’ve grown to a team of 130, delivered 23x revenue growth in 2025 and raised a $65M Series A. Lists like this tend to reward pace. What I’m prouder of is where that pace has gone: 20,000+ members, 40,000+ consultations and 21m+ biomarker results, each one helping someone act on their health earlier. Healthcare is still overwhelmingly reactive and we're spending enormous amounts treating disease once it shows up. We started Everlab to do it the other way round. Start with the person, and work out what they need from there. It isn’t the easiest industry to operate in. Scaling healthcare means getting clinicians, technology, operations and member experience to move at the same speed, without ever trading off the quality of care. Most weeks, at least one of those is running ahead of the others. I’m incredibly grateful to the team building this every day. This recognition is a reflection of their work and the ambition we share. We’re actively hiring. Take a look at our careers page, or reach out if you think your skillset could be a fit for where we’re going.

Accenture is bringing Everlab to its people across Australia and New Zealand, launching this week. The partnership includes fully funded programs for managers and above, and extends across the whole business through corporate rates Accenture has secured for every employee in the region. Accenture's program covers extensive blood biomarker testing, a DEXA body scan, a physical assessment and a one-to-one session with a preventative health doctor who works through the results and builds a personalised plan. Everything sits in the Everlab app, so each year's assessment builds on the last. Accenture's ANZ Digital Core Lead, Matt Coates, who helped shape the partnership and trialled the Everlab program, said: "It's really exciting to be involved in making data-driven, preventive healthcare more accessible for our people. It's been great to get a clearer picture of my health, with the Everlab doctor helping turn the data into actions I could actually take. It feels very personalised and practical, and the app is great for tracking progress." Everlab is delighted to be partnering with Accenture to support its people with a comprehensive preventative health program that can deliver life-changing outcomes.

1,300 executives. 2,900 other professionals. 36 biomarkers. We looked at the health profiles across eight industries, and the differences were pretty striking. Government and Education executives had the strongest heart health markers, but also the highest inflammation. Resources and Energy looked different again, with elevated results across all four categories we measured. That’s just one snapshot from the report. The full breakdown looks at executive health vs their non-exec peers, how health differs across age groups, the impact of aging, workload and lifestyle factors, and what happened when working professionals introduced targeted interventions. Equity Trustees is bringing Everlab in to help its leaders stay on top of their game. Plenty of organisations run executive health checks. Equity Trustees wanted theirs to go further: testing that goes well beyond the standard panel, a one-on-one consult with a doctor who explains what their own results mean, a personalised plan of action, and the support to follow it through. "We are excited to partner with Everlab to support the health and wellbeing of our leaders, providing proactive, personalised care to help them perform at their best both professionally and personally." Georgie Taylor, Executive General Manager, People Credit to the Equity Trustees team for setting the bar where they did, and for backing their leaders to prioritise their health. Our corporate team is looking forward to supporting their people in the years to come.

This partnership has been more than 12 months in the making. From this week, Accenture is bringing Everlab to its people across Australia and New Zealand. Fully funded programs for managers and above, with corporate rates the business has secured for its wider workforce. The business case for testing a leadership team has always been straightforward to make. Going wider was where the honest answer was usually "not this year", because running it properly across a whole workforce wasn't something anyone could realistically deliver. That's what's changed. We're now doing this at a scale that wasn't feasible a few years ago, across 1,800+ provider locations and two countries, with the sequencing and continuity of care that makes it work. Matt Coates, Accenture's ANZ Digital Core Lead, went through the program himself before any of this went live and had this to say: "It's been great to get a clearer picture of my health, with the Everlab doctor helping turn the data into actions I could actually take. It feels very personalised and practical, and the app is great for tracking progress." "Actions I could actually take" is the line I'd point to. Testing on its own changes nothing. What changes something is a doctor who forms a complete picture of your health, tells you the two or three things that matter for you specifically, and builds a plan around what's realistic. Credit to the Accenture team for the ambition here. Funding programs for managers and above while opening access to everyone else at the same time is a serious undertaking on their side as much as ours. Looking forward to the health outcomes we can help their team reach in the years to come.
