As leaders in sustainable facilities management, we combine our digital expertise with low carbon technologies to optimise your building management. We are the trusted FM delivery partner for key public sector organisations, including HM Courts & Tribunal Service, as well as schools, hospitals, and other public buildings across the country. This has evolved from traditional FM to forward maintenance services, focused on strategic zero carbon delivery partnerships – where we embed decarbonisation and resilience measures into daily operations and decision making.

Since 2002, our colleagues over in Australia have provided permanent, on-site mechanical services at the Sydney Opera House - ensuring this iconic venue operates seamlessly for more than 10.9 million visitors each year. We deliver planned and reactive maintenance 365 days a year, managing a range of assets of varying age and criticality, while maintaining the precise temperature and humidity required to protect musical instruments. Over the course of our partnership, we’ve completed more than 750 projects and responded to thousands of reactive callouts, keeping the building performing at its best every day. We’ve recently completed the design, installation and commissioning of a new rooftop solar PV array on the on-site multi-storey car park at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust; the first of many phases to help the Trust decarbonise the hospital and improve resilience across their estate. This project forms part of our wider commitment to helping our healthcare partners across the UK deliver on net zero ambitions - combining technical expertise with practical, patient-safe delivery in live hospital environments. We understand the unique challenges the NHS faces. From energy infrastructure to digital systems and estates transformation, we’re supporting Trusts to create resilient, low-carbon hospitals that are fit for the future.
