Your regulatory, quality, and clinical docs should always be in a row. Not scattered. Not siloed. Not slowing you down. When documents live in disconnected systems, you end up with duplicate records, version control headaches and audit delays. That’s why we built Ennov: the only AI-powered unified platform designed for life sciences from day one. One place where all your documents work together, not against you. What does that mean for your teams? ✅ Find the right document in seconds ✅ Respond to audits with confidence ✅ Eliminate duplicate work ✅ Collaborate seamlessly across departments ✅ Keep data consistent across the entire product lifecycle Simple on the surface. Powerful under the hood. Discover what we do and why more than 450 life sciences companies around the world trust Ennov: https://en.ennov.com/

Spreadsheets are NOT a Quality Management System (QMS). They were not built to manage deviations, guide CAPAs, or prove compliance in an audit. But too many teams are still relying on them to do exactly that, copying data between tabs, chasing version control, and hoping nothing gets missed. Ennov QMS was built to solve that. It’s purpose-built for life sciences, with connected workflows, real-time visibility, and audit-ready records. It helps you focus on quality, not file management. The difference is more than just efficiency: it’s confidence in your process and compliance as a result. Discover what Ennov can mean on your Quality Processes: https://lnkd.in/eA-jRCRj

A spreadsheet for submissions. An email thread for deadlines. A shared folder (somewhere?) for the latest status. This is unfortunately the reality for many life sciences companies. Manual tracking might work for a while, but it doesn't scale. Deadlines and health authority questions get missed, and your team spends more time chasing updates than moving submissions forward. Staying compliant shouldn’t depend on someone updating a spreadsheet. At Ennov, we know regulatory teams deserve better. Our RIM platform replaces scattered tracking sheets with a centralized, purpose-built system that gives you real-time visibility, audit-ready data, and peace of mind. Quality and Regulatory teams are often working on the same challenges, but in completely separate systems. In the latest episode of the Ennovation Podcast, we welcomed Paul Palmer and David Kalb to talk about what happens when you bring these teams together: 1. Better collaboration 2. Shared processes 3. Much faster response when things change We also looked at some of the biggest regulatory shifts coming in 2025, from EMA’s eCTD 4.0 progress to system updates across the industry. If you’re thinking about how to connect your teams and prepare for what’s ahead, you will find a lot of good information in this podcast: https://lnkd.in/eBRXVu6Q Are there topics you'd like us to cover, or would you like to be a guest? A team is trying to manage a change, let’s say a new manufacturing site. Quality completes their work and hands it over to Regulatory. That’s when the questions start. Which product needs a submission? Which market is impacted? What does this even refer to? Turns out, Clinical is using the trial code, Regulatory uses the submission number, and Quality uses the internal SKU. We’ve seen this more times than I can count. Same product, different names, no shared view. Even at large, well-established companies, teams can’t move quickly, not because the data doesn’t exist, but because no one agrees on what the product is. That’s a master data problem, and it shows up in every cross-functional process. At Ennov, we’ve built our platform with this challenge in mind. One system, one definition, one shared source of truth, across Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical. Progress depends on clarity. Ennov's unified platform offers that clarity today. What should really happen: A deviation is logged. Regulatory is alerted automatically. Dossiers are flagged. Submissions and other processes move forward quickly and confidently. What actually happens in many companies today: The deviation sits in a QMS silo. Regulatory never sees it until it’s too late. Teams scramble to reformat, re-enter, and realign data. Delays grow, and risk of non-compliance increases. This doesn't mean people aren’t doing their jobs, absolutely not. This means their systems aren’t connected. With a unified compliance platform and shared master data, quality and regulatory teams work from the same source of truth. This is what we’ve built at Ennov, and what we believe every life sciences team should expect from their systems.
