AI is already inside your business, whether there's a plan for it or not. Employees are pasting client data into ChatGPT. Copilot is buried in tools nobody's turned on properly. And most owners find out about both after something's gone wrong. This lunch session is built to get you ahead of it: how to set sensible guardrails without slowing your team down, where Copilot actually pays off, and a straightforward first-90-days plan you can hand to your ops lead on Monday. 📅 Thursday, September 24 📍 Elevity Indianapolis Office, 5602 West 73rd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278 🕐 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, lunch provided Hosted by Mickey Chavannes, vCIO at Elevity. Built for owners, operations and finance leaders at 20 to 100 person businesses.

90 minutes at lunch could be worth 5 hours back every week. That's roughly what employees report saving once they're using AI properly, according to recent workforce research. Most teams are nowhere near that, not because the tools aren't there, but because nobody's shown them how to use them well. This session is that showing: practical ways to save real time with AI, without creating a mess for IT or exposing client data by accident. 📅 Wednesday, September 23 📍 Elevity Office, 5655 Venture Drive, Dublin, OH 🕐 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, lunch provided Hosted by Mickey Chavannes, vCIO at Elevity.

AI adoption is easy to talk about and hard to get right. Most of what you'll read overpromises, and most of what your team is already doing with it happens with zero oversight. Come sit down for lunch and get the version with no sales pitch: what's actually working for Ohio businesses your size right now, which use cases are worth the effort, and which ones are a waste of a subscription. Bring your questions. You'll leave with a plan, not a vendor list. 📅 Wednesday, September 23 📍 Elevity Office, 5655 Venture Drive, Dublin, OH 🕐 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, lunch provided Hosted by Mickey Chavannes, vCIO at Elevity.
