“Running foundries today isn’t easy, and I hear the same challenges from customers everywhere - pressure on output, labour, and costs. That’s why I’m such a strong believer in automating the repetitive parts of the process, especially tasks like filter setting with AFS. It’s been inspiring to see how quickly many teams feel the difference: faster moulding, less strain on operators, and a smoother rhythm on the shop floor. Many leaders tell me the ROI shows up faster than expected because the improvements happen shift after shift. If you’re curious where automation could ease the pressure in your own operation, I’d be happy to share what I’m seeing out there. If this resonates, feel free to connect with me here on LinkedIn. I’d be happy to share perspectives and insights. You can also read more here 👉 link https://lnkd.in/eyv8vpC2

“I know many foundries are under pressure to boost output and control costs without committing to heavy new‑equipment investments. That’s why well‑maintained second‑hand machines like the DISA 230‑X - still capable of delivering up to 500 moulds per hour - can be a smart, lower‑risk way to add capacity fast. I also understand how essential predictable uptime is, which is why DISA’s refurbishment process - including overhauls, scrapers and critical wear parts - is designed to secure stable, reliable performance. For many small and mid‑sized foundries, a secondhand DISA machine offers a practical path to stronger productivity, lower cost per casting, and performance that pays off. If this resonates, feel free to connect with me here on LinkedIn. I’d be happy to share perspectives and insights.” You can also read more here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eTe3UZJt #foundry #foundrytechnology #greensandmoulding #secondhandequipment
