How can labour-market information lead to better training and guidance? Digital Inclusion and LISER brought together Luxembourg associations and other stakeholders for a workshop held as part of the Luxembourg National Conference of the European LMI4VET project. LMI4VET helps those working in vocational training and with vulnerable groups make better use of labour-market data and information when developing their training and guidance activities. During the workshop, LISER presented the LMI4VET approach and the tools and training materials developed through the project. Participants tested the resources and discussed how they could use them in their work. The LMI4VET training materials are also available online, with videos and PDFs covering topics such as socio-economic analysis, vulnerable groups, and labour-market trends: https://lnkd.in/d_xv87kQ As the project’s Luxembourg social partner, Digital Inclusion hosted the workshop and invited members of its network to take part. The event was a chance to share the project’s results in Luxembourg and gather feedback from professionals. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their experience! Payconiq is becoming Wero in Luxembourg What does this mean? Wero is a payment app that will gradually replace Payconiq in Luxembourg by the end of 2026. It allows people to send money and make payments directly from their bank accounts. Wero was developed in Europe. This strengthens digital sovereignty by reducing reliance on payment services from outside the EU. Changes to everyday technology can be difficult, especially for people who are less confident using digital technology. Digital Inclusion is ready to help make this transition accessible to everyone. Has your bank asked you to switch to Wero? During our Open Classroom sessions, we can help you download and set up Wero. You can also get individual help with Wero during a 1:1 Digital Coach session. Open Classroom is a free digital help service, open to all every Friday from 9:30 to 13:30. Last entry is at 13:00, and no appointment is needed. We can also offer support with many other digital questions during the Open Classroom. For example, we can help you register for a class, request a free refurbished computer or send an email. Our team can assist you in more than 10 different languages every Friday. Our team will guide and advise you, but you always stay in control of your device and your actions. Where?
