𝟑 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢 𝐝𝐢 𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝟏 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐞 𝟐𝟐 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢. 🇮🇹 𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍. ENGLISH TEXT IN PREVIOUS POST. Un progetto che arriva da lontano. Da quasi 80 anni di storia, lavoro, intuizioni, passione, fatica, gioie e anche lacrime. Oggi stiamo per raggiungere 𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 del nostro cammino. Forse impensabile fino a dieci anni fa. 🏗️ Entro la fine dell’anno completeremo i lavori di espansione di De Lama, che porteranno la nostra azienda a 𝐩𝐢𝐮̀ 𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞. Gli uffici saranno quintuplicati e l’area produttiva verrà ampliata, aumentando di 𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚. 🌊 L’ambiente naturale in cui ci troviamo ci ha posto di fronte a grandi sfide. Viviamo in una zona paludosa, dove, se scavi per un metro, trovi l’acqua. Ma noi dovevamo costruirci sopra una fabbrica in grado di produrre macchinari che pesano decine e decine di tonnellate. 🚗 Per non sottrarre spazio alle superfici produttive, abbiamo deciso di creare anche un parcheggio sotterraneo, che qui è quasi come costruire un parcheggio sottomarino a Venezia. Abbiamo voluto che la struttura non avesse pilastri e così abbiamo sfidato l’azienda che deteneva il record per le arcate autoportanti in cemento e acciaio più lunghe d’Italia, e forse d’Europa, ben 48 metri, a spingersi fino a 𝟓𝟒 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢. 🌱 Abbiamo voluto creare uno stabilimento che rappresentasse 𝐥𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥’𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞 di quanto oggi è possibile realizzare nel nostro settore, in termini di sostenibilità, tecnologia e modernità. Infine, abbiamo voluto che fosse anche bello. Bello da guardare dall’esterno, ma anche bello da vivere e in cui lavorare. 🎥 Questo time-lapse è solo un’anteprima. 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝟏 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟐 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬. A project with deep roots. Almost 80 years of #history, work, intuition, passion, effort, joy and even tears have brought us to this point. Today, we are about to reach 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲. Something that would perhaps have seemed unthinkable only ten years ago. 🏗️ By the end of the year, we will complete the expansion of De Lama, enabling our company to 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚. Our office space will increase fivefold, while the expansion of our production area will allow us to 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲. 🌊 The natural environment surrounding us presented some major engineering challenges. We are located in a marshy area where, if you dig just one metre below the ground, you find water. Yet we needed to build a factory capable of manufacturing machines weighing tens of tonnes. 🚗 To preserve as much production space as possible, we also decided to build an underground car park, which, in this area, is almost like building an underwater car park in Venice. We wanted the structure to be completely free of supporting pillars. So we challenged the company that held the record for the longest self-supporting concrete and steel arches in Italy, and perhaps in Europe, to extend its previous record from 48 metres to 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝟓𝟒 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬. 🌱 Our ambition was to create a facility representing 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭 of what can be achieved in our industry today, in terms of sustainability, technology and modernity. Finally, we also wanted it to be beautiful. Beautiful to look at from the outside, but also a beautiful place to experience and to work in. 🎥 This time-lapse is only a preview.
