We interviewed 20 CMOs across leading B2B companies, and one trend became clear. Sales cycles are no longer measured in months, but in years. With more stakeholders involved, longer internal approval processes are required. And during that time, suppliers aren’t evaluated. They’re remembered. This means visibility, differentiation, trust, and engagement become critical factors to remain front of mind.
