Introducing our Cradle to Cradle Certified® video series! To kick things off, Elwyn Grainger-Jones, Executive Director at the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, takes us back to the foundations of Cradle to Cradle thinking. What if waste wasn’t inevitable, but something we could design out from the start? From rethinking how materials move through biological and technical cycles to going beyond “less bad,” Elwyn explores the ideas behind the Cradle to Cradle design philosophy and how Cradle to Cradle Certified® brings them into practice.

Tomorrow, 6 October, our Executive Director Elwyn Grainger-Jones sits down with Rebecka Sancho, Head of Sustainability at G-STAR, Chrissie van Heijningen, Impact Manager at Dopper, and Niels Heijman, R&D Manager at Dopper. Don't miss your chance to be part of the conversation. G-STAR has spent decades pushing the boundaries of denim, and has developed Cradle to Cradle Certified® products since 2017. Dopper set out in 2009 to end packaged water altogether and was the first bottle company to achieve Cradle to Cradle Certified® across its collection. Two industries, two starting points, and one conversation on the opportunities and challenges of circular design.
