Cofactor

Every piece of payer mail becomes a routed, classified, actioned item the day it arrives. Your staff stops triaging paper and starts working the cases that need judgment.

Cofactor gives health systems an AI workforce built for their operations, not adapted from another industry, so every agent understands the work the moment it's deployed.

Your team signed up to recover revenue, not sort envelopes. Cofactor runs the mailroom for you and hands your staff the work that actually moves the needle.

Standing up an AI workforce takes more than software. Cofactor is a partnership focused on time-to-value, from your first agent to the tenth.

Cofactor deploys AI agents that take on the administrative work slowing health systems down so your team can focus on care instead of paperwork.

Most automation sorts mail into folders and hands it back to you. Cofactor's agents read the letter, understand what the payer wants, and act on it the way a trained specialist would.
