Most ERP systems do less than they could once a business has grown around them. Our ERP Health Check is free and takes around half a day of your team's time. You get a written report on what is working, what isn't and what we would do about it, and you keep it whatever you decide.

Our ERP Health Check is free, takes around half a day of your team's time, and ends with a written report you keep whatever you decide to do next. We look at how your system is set up against how you work now, how it performs and where the security and access risks sit. We also look at which processes have moved into spreadsheets, how your people find using it, and whether it will carry where your business is heading. The report sorts what we find into things you can fix yourself, things worth investing in and things to leave alone. More often than not, the system is capable and the set-up has drifted from how your business now runs. We regularly review systems another partner implemented, so it doesn't matter who put yours in. You can book through the link in the comments.

Mundipharma is one of more than 80 independent associated companies in a global pharmaceutical network, each running its own systems and ERP, and it consistently meets its working day 3 and day 7 financial reporting deadlines. That work of planning, consolidating, closing and reporting to the board sits above the ERP, and it has a name: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Mundipharma does it in CCH® Tagetik, the EPM software from Wolters Kluwer, which Codestone implements as a Platinum partner. If your group still consolidates in a spreadsheet only one person fully understands, our CCH Tagetik page explains what changes when consolidation moves out of the workbook and into the system. Our latest blog is for finance leaders whose business has grown a long way since it chose its ERP. It sets out 5 signs the system hasn't kept pace, from a month end that only closes once the numbers have been through a spreadsheet to finance hires who spend their days connecting data the system should already join up. None of them sets off an alert, which is why they can run for years before anyone names them.

SAP Business One version 10 FP2608 can send your emails straight through your company's Microsoft 365 account, with no separate mail server and no stored passwords. That matters now that Microsoft is phasing out Basic Authentication for sending email (SMTP). Every upgrade we run starts with a full review of your system, so the route is planned around how your business uses Business One before anything changes. The details are linked in the comments.

Your team can ask SAP Business One a question in everyday language and get the answer from your own data, without writing a report or waiting for someone who knows how to build one. SAP has been building AI into Business One, and because your sales, stock and finance records already sit in one system, the answers come with the context of your business behind them. You don't need a plan for every use on day one. SAP's own advice is to start where it makes the biggest difference and widen it from there. See where it could help your team first.
