She navigates life with a leg locomotor condition, yet shows up every day with warmth, patience and a deep love for the children of our Laguna Clothing Pvt Ltd employees: children she teaches, supports, and nurtures. What keeps her going? “The kids’ smiles, the trust from parents, and the support I get at work.” Her passion and capability as a teacher have transformed her life, and her family’s. “Work has given me confidence and a sense of purpose. Meet Pranesh: a proud husband, a skilled linker, a respected team member, and a man who's built a life he's proud of. For the past eight years at Floreal Bangladesh, Pranesh has shown up with quiet confidence and deep pride in his craft. Together with his wife, who also works at Floreal Bangladesh, he’s turned dreams into reality, including building their own home in Bangaon. “People in my village now speak to me with a new kind of respect,” he says. “That matters to me.” He starts each day with familiar smiles and a sense of belonging, in a workplace where respect isn’t something you ask for, it’s something you feel. Pranesh lives with a physical disability, but it’s never defined him. His presence, his work, and his self-belief speak louder than anything else. His advice? “Live with confidence.
