The holidays put pressure on more than just ads. They expose every weakness in a catalog. Missing variations. Inconsistent listings. Titles that don’t reflect how shoppers actually search. These gaps can cause strong products to get buried in crowded categories. Xpel faced this exact problem. They entered Amazon with an unstructured catalog, missing variations, and no advertising framework to support growth. Our team reorganized the catalog and fixed missing variations. We refined titles using keyword data and upgraded the imagery and video assets. Then we used A/B testing to identify the visuals that converted best. We also built a structured advertising and promotional plan to support the newly optimized listings. Within a year, shipped COGS nearly doubled, with stronger conversion rates and higher visibility across key SKUs. Here’s the takeaway: during the holidays, discovery starts with structure. When your catalog is clean, your listings are aligned, and your ads support the right products, shoppers find you faster and convert more often. Holiday shoppers move fast. They compare products in seconds, swipe past anything that doesn’t stand out, and choose whatever communicates value quickly and feels trustworthy. That’s why creative quality matters even more during Q4. The good news is: even small adjustments can make a meaningful impact. Just ask Jason Markk. They needed help improving conversions on one of their top-performing ASINs. After a content audit, we noticed a simple but important gap. Competitors were showcasing their product outside of the packaging, making their listings feel more lifestyle driven and easier for shoppers to understand quickly. We created a new main image using existing assets, giving the product a cleaner, more refined look that aligned with marketplace best practices and captured more attention in search results. With this single adjustment, ad click-through rate jumped 53% and ad CVR improved 22%. Here’s the takeaway: during the holidays, great creative isn’t optional. It’s often the first and only chance to win the click and earn the sale. View the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/gF_6N3gc.

The holidays bring demand, but they also bring expenses. Storage surcharges, long inbound queues, and rising fulfillment costs can quickly eat into profit if not managed efficiently. LEER faced a similar challenge when high FBA storage and catalog fees were cutting into margins for their larger, slow-moving products. Our team dug into their hybrid fulfillment model to pinpoint where profitability was slipping. We cleared excess FBA inventory, transitioned the 3P catalog to FBM for better control, and expanded the assortment with new, higher-margin products. The impact was immediate. Profitability rose 170% MoM, storage fees dropped 72%, and LEER achieved its first profitable month of 3P sales. Here’s the takeaway: during the holidays, profitability starts with flexibility. Managing fulfillment strategically can protect your margins without slowing growth. View the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/g5TmnWhh.

The holiday season is noisy. Competition ramps up, CPCs climb higher, and brands start spending more just to keep the same visibility. That’s the kind of challenge The Genius Brand faced when their ad spend ballooned but conversions didn’t follow. Inefficient campaign structures and overspending on low-converting placements were cutting into profitability. Our team stepped in to overhaul the approach. We implemented Placement Modifiers to focus bids on higher-converting opportunities, restructured campaigns to prevent internal competition, and refined keyword targeting to attract more relevant traffic. The impact was immediate. CTR climbed 121%, CPC fell 42%, and ROAS rose 31%. Here’s the takeaway: holiday ad spend doesn’t have to mean lower efficiency. When campaigns are structured with clear goals, smart placements, and data-driven optimization, you can scale visibility and profitability at the same time.
