If you’ve ever worked with Quotes in Salesforce, you already know the pain: native Quote Sync ignores your custom fields. ARR? Implementation dates? Payment terms? Custom amounts? None of it syncs. And that’s how teams end up with out-of-date Opportunities, broken reports, and a whole lot of quiet data drift. So… we built a fix. A few weeks ago we launched our own Quote Sync App in the AppExchange. It's a lightweight, configurable tool that finally keeps your Quotes and Opportunities aligned (custom fields included). What’s new? 1) Sync the fields that actually matter No more manual updates. No more mismatched ARR. Your custom mappings → fully synced. 2) Clean data, cleaner reporting Pipeline, forecasting, and rev dashboards stay accurate across the board. 3) A simpler, more reliable quote-to-cash process Fewer surprises. Fewer mistakes. A lot fewer “Wait… why don’t these numbers match?” Native sync is where the problems start. Quote Sync is how you stop them. It’s free on the AppExchange, and built from years of fixing this exact issue across dozens of SaaS Salesforce orgs. Link in the comments!

Finally, an app that lets you sync custom fields natively! If you’ve ever set up Salesforce Quotes and tried to keep them in sync with Opportunities… you know the pain. Salesforce’s native quote sync sounds great in theory — until you realize it only syncs standard fields. With our FREE app, you can: -- Choose one-way, two-way, or no sync per object -- Dynamically sync fields -- Create custom mappings for fields that don’t meet dynamic sync requirements -- Delay parent updates for rollup fields -- Enable async mode for faster saves -- Full recursion protection and logging -- And granular exclusions for total control Check it out and get syncing!

When you're the first RevOps hire, what should you focus on first? Justin Humphreys has a clear answer: Help your org understand what you actually do. In this RevOps Bites clip, Justin shared how he approached being the first RevOps hire at Bright Network. Instead of jumping straight into tickets and ad-hoc requests, he started with a full end-to-end audit of the funnel, mapping each area and highlighting gaps and opportunities. Then he presented it visually to the wider business. Why was this so impactful? 1. It made his role visible to leadership and peers. 2. It showed that RevOps touches every part of the GTM motion. 3. It sparked collaboration - people started coming to him with ideas tied to his audit. Not only did the audit save time down the line; it also created clarity. When you do this exercise right, you're not just "auditing". You're educating the org on what RevOps is, defining your scope, identifying where to focus, and setting expectations for how to work with you effectively. 👇 Full episode with Justin in the comments

If you've ever been a team of one in RevOps, you know: The pressure to ship fast is real, but so are the scars from shortcuts. Emily McGrath put it perfectly on RevOps Bites: Short-term fixes can feel necessary, especially when you’re a team of one. But without documentation, communication, and a little pushback when it matters, those "temporary| fixes end up becoming the permanent solution everyone relies on. And that's when things break. The balance between speed now and scalability later is tricky, but it all comes down to trust. When your teams know you're not just saying "not now" to block them, but to protect them from bigger headaches down the road, they listen. This was one of my favourite moments from the conversation with Emily.

There's a question we get a lot at Candybox. This one: "If we already have a solid internal team, why would we need a fractional RevOps or Salesforce consultant?" Totally fair question. But this review? This is why. Even amazing teams can get stuck in the weeds - reacting, firefighting, spinning their wheels. Bringing in someone like Brent helped them level up to a "pro-active, scalable and automated" machine. Fractional services are not about replacing the team - they're about unlocking their full potential. Thank you both to Brent for the great work you do, and our wonderful customer for the review!

Most SaaS companies run HubSpot + Salesforce side by side. But without a clean integration, the handoff always breaks. You get: → Duplicate records → Messy data → Missed MQLs → Reports nobody trusts That’s why we're constantly rebuilding the HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration for RevOps teams. Our framework delivers: → 1:1 record sync → Clean handoffs from MQL → Opp → Accurate, SaaS-ready reporting → Connected processes across the funnel → The chance to have re-MQLs who re-start their journey all over again. No silos. No messy data. No leadership blind spots. We’ve done this across dozens of SaaS companies. The needs are specific to every company. This not a one size fits all. But the results are the same: 👉 Full visibility, clean reporting, and a tech stack you can actually scale on. Check out the full HubSpot + Salesforce use case through the link in the comments.
