Booth 2115 at MD&M Midwest, today and tomorrow. Come see Cadstrom run on a real schematic and bring your questions about continuous validation for hardware design. Then try it on your own design. Your first design review is free, and iterations on that design stay free for your first month. Sign up before you leave the floor and we'll walk you through your first submission at the booth. Thursday at 1:50 I'm on the Floor Report stage talking about why hardware still gets one big design review at the end, if you'd rather start there. Need an expo pass? It's free with our guest code INVITE1018427. Register, book a time at the booth, or start a free review here: https://cadstrom.io/mdm #MDMMidwest #MedicalDevices #PCBDesign

For over two years, our electrical engineering team at StarFish Medical has used Cadstrom.io for AI-driven schematic reviews and it has changed how we work. We used to hold multiple design reviews towards the end of a design: several long meetings, line by line, hunting for errors in a nearly finished schematic. Now Cadstrom.io checks every revision as we go. Pin assignment errors and inconsistent pin naming get flagged when they’re introduced, not weeks later during layout or bring-up. The results have added up: 🔹 Shorter design cycles. Catching issues early means fewer board re-spins and faster bring-up. 🔹 Less library maintenance. We no longer spend hours checking every symbol up front. Cadstrom finds the problems, and we fix them as they appear. 🔹 More confidence. Our engineers have far less hesitation when it’s time to order boards. 🔹 Time for bigger ideas. We still hold design reviews, but they now focus on the overall solution architecture rather than pin-level detail. The time we’ve reclaimed goes into innovation and solving our clients’ hardest problems. In medical device development, quality and speed matter in equal measure. Moving from one big review at the end to continuous checking has been one of the most valuable process changes we’ve made. If your team still saves schematic review for the end of a project, it’s worth a look: Cadstrom.io #MedicalDeviceDesign #ElectricalEngineering #PCBDesign #MedTech #AI

Most hardware gets one big design review at the end, when a fix means a new revision. Submit early, submit often, and fix problems while they are still easy to fix. First review free.

The worst design review I ever had was when everyone said looks great, ship it! and the board came back needing a pile of reworks.Cadstrom AI is the exact opposite. It reads every 1000-page datasheet in your design, follows each circuit through to the end, and hands you an exhaustive, prioritized list of issues that no human could produce in the same amount of time.It has found issues that would have taken years to show up and would have been devastating if left uncaught. I cant imagine shipping a design without running it through Cadstrom first. It is now standard practice at Lunar Energy to pass every board through Cadstroms AI agent at every stage of design and development. Cadstrom.io

I'll be in Minneapolis for MD&M Midwest on October 28 and 29, and I keep coming back to one question: why does hardware still get one big design review at the end? Software teams closed the loop years ago. Every change gets checked, so a problem is found while the change is still fresh. Most hardware gets one review near the end, after the problems have had months to hide, and the fix is a new revision. If you design electronics for a medical device, you know what that review costs and what rides on it. Bring the schematic you're working on, at any stage, to booth 2115. We'll run it through Cadstrom and go through what it finds with you. Most teams find something they didn't know about on the first pass. Need an expo pass? It's free with our guest code INVITE1018427. Register, book a time at the booth, or start a free review here: https://cadstrom.io/mdm #MDMMidwest #MedicalDevices #PCBDesign #HardwareEngineering
