AI can process faster. AI can calculate better. AI can automate almost anything. But there’s still one thing it can’t replace: the human factor. Technology gives us answers. People decide which questions are worth asking. In an industry where automation, digitalization and AI are transforming the way we work, the real opportunity isn’t to choose between AI or people. It’s to make them better together. At Bosch Rexroth, we see every day how technology can turn ideas into real solutions. But behind every system, every innovation and every improvement, there are people — with experience, curiosity, creativity and the courage to challenge the way things have always been done. Because the future of work won’t simply be AI replacing humans. It will be humans empowered by AI. #BoschRexroth #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Innovation #Automation #Engineering #Digitalization #FutureOfWork #HumanAndAI
