You optimised the scaffold. Now the label has to fit it. A peptide that binds well is not automatically a peptide that images or treats well. The moment a radionuclide is attached, three new decisions take over: which isotope, which chelator, and which linker. Together they determine stability, biodistribution, clearance and where the activity ends up. Our miniguide sets out the design logic behind radiolabelled peptides: • Radionuclide selection for PET, SPECT and therapy, and why half-life has to match the biology rather than the modality • Chelator chemistry compared, from DOTA and NOTA to AAZTA and DFO, including the labelling conditions each one demands • Direct versus indirect labelling, and why prosthetic groups dominate 18F work on sensitive peptides • Peptide engineering for in vivo stability: D-amino acids, cyclization, N-alkylation, stapling • Kidney uptake as the dose-limiting problem in PRRT, and the strategies used to manage it • Where the field is heading: alpha emitters, novel theranostic pairs and click chemistry Written for teams moving a peptide from binder to radiopharmaceutical. For years, researchers have settled for the high background noise and batch variability of polyclonal antibodies. Our new Rabbit Monoclonal Anti-2SC Antibody changes the benchmark for mitochondrial stress research. Why read the case study? • See the Data: Compare the monoclonal’s sharper Western blot bands against legacy polyclonals. • Validated Precision: Near-zero background in IHC, as validated by the Frezza Laboratory. • Infinite Consistency: One antibody for your pilot study and your validation five years from now. Move from observing metabolic dysfunction to quantifying it with a reproducible standard.

High background noise and batch-to-batch variability in polyclonal antibodies are the "hidden noise" of metabolic research. When your SAR depends on quantifying 2-succinylcysteine (2SC), you can't afford the ambiguity of legacy reagents. Our new Rabbit Monoclonal Anti-2SC Antibody is engineered for precision: • Validated Data: Near-zero background in IHC, as validated by the Frezza Laboratory. • Superior Resolution: Sharper Western blot bands compared to standard polyclonals. • Long-term Security: A recombinant standard that ensures the same results five years from now. Don't let reagent variability derail your discovery timeline.

Many researchers have a peptide sequence that binds their target of interest, but the initial affinity is stuck at a micromolar level, making it entirely unsuitable for high-sensitivity tracking or assay detection. A low-affinity tool requires excessively high concentrations in your assays, which obscures your data by generating massive background noise and non-specific binding anomalies. We solve this through in silico modeling and structure-based rational design, systematically swapping non-canonical building blocks, and applying targeted modifications to optimize the binder's interface. Using this exact rational workflow, we successfully transitioned a human anti-gastrin binder tool from a weak KD of 6µM down to near-nanomolar levels— a 454-fold improvement in binding affinity. We pair advanced modeling with access to one of the market's widest portfolios of non-natural amino acids to systematically maximize your tool's performance. We collaborate directly with your team to solve challenges, acting as an extension of your lab. Antibody-like precision meets small-molecule stability. Drugging complex, membrane targets requires structural certainty from Day 1. Traditional macrocyclization strategies often fall short in real biological environments—but three loops change the game. In this technical session, Dr. Peter Timmerman unpacks the chemistry behind proprietary tricyclic CLIPS™ technology and explains how to secure 100% hit validation success early in your screening process. What we’ll cover: • Overcoming the limitations of mono- and bicyclic scaffolds. • Enhancing proteolytic resistance using 200+ in-stock unnatural amino acids. • Real-world data on achieving routine 10-100x activity gains. Don't settle for near-native approximations. Build a discovery engine that respects your target’s native biology.
