𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 When it comes to the thorough, efficient and, at the same time, gentle drying and cooling of a wide variety of materials. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: ✅The material is loosened, fluidized and surrounded by hot air for ideal heat transfer and more uniform drying than with a belt dryer. ✅The cross-flow principle enables faster drying with lower thermal energy requirements compared to other drying technologies. ✅Drying and cooling take place in a single unit and waste heat from the cooling zone can be reused in the system. ✅Gentle drying and cooling ensure consistent product quality and high system availability. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀: ❗Moisture: The material must be free of excess liquid and dewatered first - not only for process reasons but also to reduce operating costs. ❗Particle size: Fluidized bed dryers are suitable for materials ranging from 0 to 70 mm. Was hält uns also zurück?

Glass can be recycled endlessly, yet tons of post-consumer cullet still end up in landfills. Why? Because the "last mile" of purity is the hardest. We all know the pain points: CSP contamination, organics, and the struggle for color-perfect sorting. If the quality of the processed cullet isn't 100%, the furnace won't take it. We see the potential in every ton of crushed glass, but there’s still a large proportion of cullet that doesn’t meet quality requirements.. The Question: In your experience: What is the single biggest hurdle to 100% purity? Is it collection infrastructure, or are we hitting the limits of current sorting technology?
