If you’re a Trainer or Facilitator working in India, this post is for you. Learning & Development in India is evolving at the speed of light and you are well aware that the future of training belongs to humans - not algorithms. AI can create faster modules, generate flawless slides, and even quiz participants but it still can’t read a room, sense discomfort, or inspire change through empathy. That’s where you come in. At Be.artsy: Awareness Experts, we’re inviting trainers who move hearts as well as minds; facilitators who can help workplaces not just learn, but transform. Our upcoming Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs in: 1. POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) 2. DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) 3. Financial Literacy – BYOL (Be Your Own Lakshmi) …are designed to equip passionate professionals with experiential, art-based learning tools that create lasting impact. Because we believe: - Theatre teaches empathy better than theory. - Stories create safer workplaces faster than slides. - Conversations change cultures not compliance checklists. If you’re a trainer, facilitator, psychologist, HR professional, or simply someone who believes learning must go beyond PowerPoint, this is your moment to lead the change. 📩 Apply to join the Be.artsy TTT cohort today: [mail [email protected] to join the waitlist] 📅 Batch Starts in December 2025 | Limited Seats | Certification + Real client facilitation opportunities #LearningAndDevelopment #TrainTheTrainer #Beartsy #POSH #DEI #HRBP #FinancialLiteracy #ExperientialLearning #WorkplaceCulture #TTT #CHRO #HumanLearning #TrainingExperts #AwarenessExperts #Learning #HRHead #HR #Development #Cohort1/25 #Trainers #Facilitators #LearningPartners

As you all know, all organisations must complete POSH Awareness sessions before 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟏 to meet 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 for the calendar year 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. You may already have POSH trainers or an LMS Course in place, but if your goal is to drive culture change by 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, not just compliance, S𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞–𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐁𝐞.𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬𝐲 are the best way to do that. L&D Head: We’re investing in Street Theatre–based POSH training for all employees. CEO: Street theatre? But we already have LMS modules for POSH compliance. Why spend more? L&D Head: Because LMS just checks the box. Theatre and art-based interventions make people think and feel. CEO: Training is training. As long as it’s compliant, why overspend? L&D Head: Compliance keeps us legal. Culture keeps us alive. LMS gives information. In-person art-based training sparks empathy—and prevents everyday mistakes like ignoring consent. CEO: But LMS is scalable, cheap, and trackable. L&D Head: True. But do you even remember the last LMS module you completed? Most employees don’t. Research shows retention from interactive experiences is 4x higher than from static e-learning. CEO: Can’t the trainer just do a few activities instead of theatre? Theatre sounds…too dramatic. L&D Head: Exactly—that’s the point. Drama makes it real. Employees don’t just “learn”; they see themselves in the story. And that’s what changes behaviour. CEO: And the cost? L&D Head: One harassment incident can cost us more in attrition, lawsuits, and brand damage than ten years of in-person interventions. Prevention pays for itself. CEO: Boards only care about compliance, not theatrics. L&D Head: Boards care about risk. LMS proves we “taught the rules.” Theatre-based training builds a culture that prevents violations in the first place. Which one do you think they’ll value more? CEO: How do you know it works? L&D Head: It’s worked for PepsiCo India, American Express, British Telecom, Tata Coffee, Perfetti, Bosch India, and many more. CEO: Fine. Let’s try one pilot. Show me the impact—only then we scale. L&D Head: Deal. You’ll see it in post-training feedback, employee sentiment, and reduced risks. ___ I’m Adarsh Singh, Growth Head-LJP at Be.artsy. I design learning experiences that build safe, respectful cultures—where harassment has no place, and awareness truly sticks. For next steps, write to me at [email protected].

Training isn’t just an HR initiative; it’s a strategic business function. In my early 20s, I realised that training was the key to helping college students transition smoothly into the business world and align with organisational goals to drive results. As I grew in my journey, this belief became the foundation for launching Be.artsy in 2010—a venture dedicated to delivering impactful training programs. What started as an initiative to create safer workplaces through POSH training soon expanded as more training opportunities came our way. Quietly, in the background, something profound was taking shape—I was witnessing firsthand the deep connection between training and revenue generation. Now, after 15 years of running Be.artsy and conducting impact measurements on what HR teams have been approving for over a decade, I am more convinced than ever. Training isn’t just an HR initiative; it’s a strategic business function. Be.artsy is now fully prepared to help organisations bridge the gap between learning and ROI—by aligning training outcomes with business objectives, tracking meaningful metrics, and demonstrating real, measurable impact on Revenue.
