For compressed goods like peat moss, alfalfa, and wood shavings—consistent and strong seal strength can make all the difference on your bottom line. Balcan Packaging’s FFS film and bags for compressible materials are specifically made with enhanced seal strength and corner seals, allowing the film to resist the rigors of transport and handling without breakage.

🌱Integrating PCR into your packaging shouldn’t be a complex process.🌱 At Balcan Packaging, we've been testing and perfecting our PCR film blends behind the scenes to simplify your qualification process. Tune in to Khalil, our Technical Manager, as he details the steps required to incorporate PCR into your film while still helping you uphold your packaging performance and specifications.

When it comes to protecting scaffolding or other XXL structures from debris and inclement weather—it takes a tried and tested solution. Balcan Packaging’s XXL shrink film has a proven track record as the go-to scaffolding wrap used by the Building & Construction industry for several decades — and we continue to optimize our film blends to meet the evolving needs of the market today. Our proprietary film has built-in UV protection, superior shrink performance, and a consistent sealing window, so you can confidently protect your construction sites and structures, even in the harshest environments.

When it comes to packaging fiberglass batt, loose-fill cellulose, and stone wool insulation — creep resistance matters! Creep resistance is your bag’s ability to maintain its shape and integrity under strain over a period of time, keeping the product it packages compressed until use. That’s why Balcan Packaging has developed custom film blends for our insulation bags that offer superior creep resistance, ensuring that your bags can withstand the rigors of filling and transport without tearing or bursting.

When it comes to packaging cement, soil & mulch, resin, or other aggregates—it takes the right solution that meets the demands of your product AND your filling equipment. No matter the format – FFS sheeting, U-films, tubing, or open mouth bags – Balcan Packaging’s bags are built with the same DNA: durable, tear-resistant film that runs optimally on your FFS packaging lines, all while protecting the integrity of your product.
