Investing in Cybersecurity – Strengthening Resilience 🚀 As a strategic asset of the State of Israel, protecting against cyber threats is critical. One of the startup companies participating in our technology hub and advancing defenses against these threats is Salvador Technologies . Following a successful pilot of its cybersecurity solution in the port environment, we decided to deepen our strategic investment and invest approximately $1 million in the company, alongside additional partners. In critical OT and ICS environments, a single failure can disrupt port operations, lead to significant financial losses, and impact global logistics networks, with recovery processes potentially taking days or even weeks. Operational resilience is essential. This is precisely where Salvador Technologies delivers value: a unique platform that enables instant backup and recovery of compromised systems, restoring them to a clean, verified operational state in under 60 seconds, regardless of the type of attack or failure. The technology provides a true last line of defense and fundamentally changes how critical infrastructure operators approach recovery. Following the successful #pilot - which resulted in a commercial agreement and operational deployment at the port - and alongside the global business development support we provide, enabling adoption of the technology in ports worldwide, we are now taking the next step with this investment. This partnership positions us at the forefront of innovation in the port ecosystem and supports the global expansion of Israeli #cybersecurity technology.

From pilot to global impact: an investment that moves us forward 🚀 We continue to lead the field of smart ports in Israel and around the world. After a successful pilot in our maritime innovation HUB, we decided to invest 650,000 dollars in Azimut.ai. During the pilot, the Albatross system, powered by artificial intelligence, demonstrated an exceptional ability to detect, classify and track vessels in real time, even without radar or AIS. What began as a test has become an operational tool that strengthens maritime awareness and operational accuracy across the port. Today, the system is already being deployed at additional sites around the world, reinforcing Israel’s position and the role of Israeli technologies in the global maritime innovation arena. Our HUB was established precisely for this purpose: to test technologies in real conditions and ensure that what works moves quickly from the lab to the field. This investment is not a one off step, but part of a broader strategy to turn innovation into a daily working tool, prepare for future challenges and strengthen Ashdod Port’s position as a technological leader in the international arena.
