Cities rarely transform overnight. They evolve one layer at a time in terms of workplaces, schools, healthcare, retail, and connectivity. This film explores the thinking behind that evolution, and why it changes the way people choose where to live.

We've accepted that cities grow upward. But does nature have to stay on the ground? Watch how one design philosophy is challenging that assumption.

Long before a resident experiences the daylight, the breeze or the view, architects make one fundamental decision that quietly influences all three. Watch how that single decision shapes life at Parkhouse Mews.

What makes one neighbourhood more valuable than another? The answer often has less to do with the neighbourhood itself and more to do with what's growing around it. Watch the film to understand why.

At Appaswamy Real Estates, every project begins with a clear line of thinking. At Stratos in Altezza, that thinking led us to shape how a home receives light, space, and openness every single day. At 39 floors, the result is a living experience that feels more expansive, more considered, and more in tune with how the city is lived today.

Some locations call for a different level of intent. In Mylapore, Kamadhenu is one such address, a place that has held meaning for decades and continues to shape how the neighbourhood is experienced. The approach here is guided by that continuity, with architecture that carries forward what the place represents, while shaping how it will be lived in the years ahead.
