Still Drilling Large Holes for FTTH Drop Installation? The last few meters of an FTTH deployment can sometimes create more installation work than expected. Traditional customer drop installation may require: → Larger wall openings → Conduit preparation → Cable pulling → Fiber termination or splicing on site But there is another approach. A pushable pre-terminated fiber assembly uses a compact connector design that allows the cable to pass through small wall openings or microducts before the final connector housing is positioned. Smaller opening. Less field work. Faster connection. For FTTH installers, this can help: • Reduce drilling requirements • Simplify routing through microducts • Reduce on-site termination and splicing • Shorten installation time • Keep the installation cleaner inside the customer's home It is a small change in product design, but when multiplied across hundreds or thousands of home installations, the impact on installation efficiency can become significant. Sometimes improving an FTTH network isn't about changing the whole system — it's about making the last few meters easier to install.

One MST Box. Three Different Ways to Build It. An MST may look simple from the outside, but its internal configuration can be very different depending on the FTTH network design. Here are three common options: 🔹 Tail Solution — N-in / N-out No PLC splitter inside. Each incoming fiber is directly connected to a corresponding output port. A pre-terminated tail cable provides fast field deployment. 🔹 PLC + Tail Solution — 1-in / N-out A PLC splitter is integrated inside the MST, with a factory-terminated input tail cable. One feeder fiber can be distributed to multiple subscriber ports. 🔹 PLC + Adapter Solution — 1-in / N-out The PLC splitter is also integrated inside, but instead of a fixed tail cable, the input uses an adapter/connector interface — making installation, replacement and maintenance more flexible. So, which one is better? There is no single answer. It depends on the network architecture, installation method, maintenance strategy and project requirements. Port count, PLC ratio, input cable, connector type, cable length and internal configuration can also be customized for different applications. The MST should be designed around the network — not the other way around.

How much fiber can you fit into 1U? As data center port density continues to increase, rack space becomes more valuable. But increasing fiber density is not simply about putting more adapters into a smaller panel. A practical high-density ODF also needs to consider: • Fiber routing and bend radius • Easy access to individual cassettes • Fast Moves, Adds & Changes (MACs) • MPO/MTP and LC configuration flexibility • Insertion loss for high-speed links • Maintenance after installation Our modular 1U ODF can support: 96F — 4 modular cassettes Up to 144F — within 1U Different cassette configurations can be customized depending on the application, including MPO/MTP and LC connectivity. For 400G/800G infrastructure, density matters. But density without good cable management creates another problem. A good design should save rack space while still making installation, maintenance and future upgrades easier.

🔧 What makes fiber management easier in real deployments? Not all ODFs are designed the same. This is our slanted pull-out ODF design — built for faster access and smarter fiber handling in real network environments. Why does this matter? 👉 Easier front access for splicing and patching 👉 Improved working space inside the panel 👉 Cleaner cable routing with less stress on fibers 👉 Faster installation & maintenance in the field In real projects, every minute saved during installation = lower deployment cost and fewer risks. 💡 So here's a question for you: Would your current fiber panel design make maintenance this easy? Cables everywhere, long installation times, and unstable connections are still common problems in many data centers and server rooms. Traditional copper cabling usually needs a lot of manual work on site. This can easily lead to wiring mistakes, messy cable management, and higher maintenance costs later. When the network gets bigger, these problems become even harder to manage. Our factory terminated and fully tested copper trunks are made to make cabling easier and more reliable. ✅ Faster and easier installation ✅ Cleaner and more organized cabling ✅ Stable and reliable connectivity ✅ Less onsite work and lower labor costs ✅ Tested before delivery for better performance With a plug and play design, our copper trunks help IT teams save time, reduce errors, and build a cleaner network infrastructure with confidence. #DataCenter #NetworkCabling #StructuredCabling #CopperTrunk #ITInfrastructure
