Is wider fabric always the better choice? Not necessarily. A wider fabric may offer greater flexibility, but it does not automatically deliver better production economics. Matching fabric width to the finished blind can improve material utilisation and reduce waste. In our model, a turnable 200 cm fabric already covers around 80% of the application envelope, increasing to approximately 97% at 250 cm. The right width is the one that creates the best economics. 🟨 Contact us to find the right fabric width for your applications. https://lnkd.in/d9MvyVRU

What if fabric width could do more? Choosing the right solar fabric is not just about roll width. It is also about how the fabric can be used. With turnable fabrics, the roll width becomes the available height of the blind, while the roll length accommodates its width. This creates more possibilities to match different window dimensions without automatically moving to wider fabrics. Turnability makes every fabric width more useful. 🟨 Contact us to explore how turnable fabrics can support your production. https://lnkd.in/d9MvyVRU

How much could you save by choosing the right width for each job? A 200 cm fabric can be the right choice for standard blinds, while larger projects may benefit from 250 or 300 cm widths. Having different widths available gives you more options to match the fabric to the job and make better use of every metre you buy. At Almedahls, we deliberately offer multiple widths because reducing material waste and unnecessary production steps for our customers matters more than making our own production simpler. More width options give you more ways to improve margins in production. 🟨 Contact Henrik Hast to review your current fabric widths and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve material use. What if every fabric was delivered the way it creates the most value? Not every fabric serves the same purpose. Some provide dependable volume, while others create differentiation and help customers make more considered choices. That is why we support multiple delivery formats, from samples and cut lengths to standard rolls and large beams. Instead of treating every fabric the same, you can match the delivery format to the way it will actually be used. Greater flexibility creates stronger collections and more efficient inventory. 🟨 Contact us to discover the right delivery format for your business. https://lnkd.in/d9MvyVRU

Does a broader collection always mean more inventory? For years, our industry has worked on the assumption that offering more fabrics requires carrying more stock. More choice often means more inventory, more capital tied up and greater pressure on warehouse space. But it doesn’t have to be that way. With our cut-length programme, fabrics can be supplied from as little as one metre, making it easier to introduce new fabrics, test new ideas and expand your collection without increasing your inventory. 🔸 More choice for your customers 🔸 Less inventory on your shelves 🔸 Less capital tied up A stronger collection shouldn’t automatically require a bigger warehouse. 🟨 Contact us to explore how we can help you expand your range without expanding your inventory.

FR is no longer optional 🔵 In many projects today, FR is not a preference. It is a requirement. The problem is not the requirement itself. It is what it does to your offer. Higher cost. More complexity. Slower decisions. We have expanded our FR range to change that. 🔸 Entry level options with FR 🔸 Screen fabrics and blockouts 🔸 Built for current and upcoming requirements So you can stay compliant without overcomplicating your range. And without losing competitiveness. 🟨 Contact us to simplify your FR offer and stay competitive
