Getting ready for risks beyond your business partners The BIS Affiliates Rule is currently suspended – but ownership-based export control risks remain and screening business partners against sanctions lists is not enough. Companies worldwide are affected by the BIS 50% rule and export restrictions may apply even if your business partners do not appear on sanctions lists themselves.

Nochmal neu bauen? Warum? Es gibt einfachere Wege.
