It was great to see Zoho's continued growth and commitment to our city featured in The Advertiser earlier this month. The global technology company has expanded its Adelaide office, cementing the city as the operational heart of its Australia and New Zealand business. It's another strong endorsement of Adelaide as a place where global companies can attract talent, innovate and grow. At the heart of Zoho's approach is a simple philosophy: go where the talent is. Zoho has invested in Adelaide, recognising the strength of the city's skilled workforce and its capacity to support global innovation. Last year Zoho took part in Adelaide Economic Development Agency's Welcome to Adelaide program, where we met with the team to explore why Adelaide was the right place to establish and scale their operations. As Zoho ANZ General Manager Rakesh Prabhakar explains, employee wellbeing was central to the decision. Shorter commutes, affordability, access to talent and a vibrant CBD create the conditions for high-performing teams to succeed. Congratulations to the whole Zoho team on this exciting milestone. We look forward to your continued success in Adelaide! Watch the video to hear the story behind the headlines here:

Adelaide has been named Australia's best city for hospitality by MoneySuperMarket, ranking 19th globally for customer service and standing as the only Australian city in the world's top 20. AEDA Executive Manager, Marketing & Tourism Michael Rossi said the recognition reflects what visitors have long experienced in Adelaide: “What this ranking measured was how people are treated, and that’s the part we’re proudest of. Adelaide offers a unique combination of world-class food and wine, major events, cultural experiences and genuine South Australian hospitality, all within a compact and highly accessible city.” This recognition belongs to the people behind Adelaide's hospitality industry, from chefs and bar staff to hotel teams, cellar doors and local pubs, whose commitment to exceptional visitor experiences continues to strengthen Adelaide's reputation as a welcoming destination. A strong visitor experience doesn't just attract travellers. It encourages repeat visitation, supports local businesses, strengthens our visitor economy and reinforces Adelaide's position as a city where people want to visit, invest and do business.
