Most L&D events stay at the framework level. MicrolearningCONF brings practitioners — from Amazon, Cisco, Intuit, Lenovo, Johnson & Johnson, American Red Cross, and dozens more. No buzzwords. No “best practices.” Specifics only: how they faced the problem, what they changed, and what held up in practice. Three 15-minute sessions.

The 7taps Microlearning design and dev team shipped 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟱𝟬 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in September! Here are a few you’ll notice right away. The biggest addition is workspaces. Large companies can now bring departments together under one account, with shared administration while each team keeps its own content and access. Polls now support multiple answers and the option to keep results private. And learners can now click to enlarge images on mobile and desktop, making detailed screenshots and diagrams easier to read. Some changes get the announcement. Others make your day a little easier every time you use 7taps. Both matter. To the 7taps team, thank you for the care that goes into both. And to our customers, your feedback drove many of this month’s updates. Keep it coming! Our September blog post shares the customer requests and creative workarounds behind these updates. My prediction for 2027: more companies will build learning around how their people work, not how the LMS works. The LMS is a great tool for a lot of employees. But there’s a gap between everyone who has a login and everyone it reliably reaches. If you’re working a shift, serving customers or moving between job sites, logging into the LMS might not fit easily into your day. That doesn’t make your learning needs any less important. Curated courses aren’t disappearing in 2027 (or 2028). And in-person facilitated learning is still the gold standard for plenty of things. I expect to see more companies keeping what works and adding ways to deliver and track learning for the people they’re struggling to reach. That’s a big part of what we’re building at 7taps Microlearning. Your LMS may serve some people really well. We want to help you reach everyone. Who are you struggling to reach?
