Every package at your doorstep runs on software you’ll never see. Production lines. Plant workflows. Labels. Inventory. Machines talking to each other across factory floors. Vista Equity Partners-backed Amtech Software powers that layer for 1,250+ packaging plants globally. Now, it’s expanding that capability from Bengaluru with an innovation hub focused on product, engineering, AI, and enterprise tech. As AI moves deeper into industrial operations, more manufacturing software companies are choosing to build core innovation capabilities out of Bengaluru. Congratulations to Chuck Schneider, Vinod Kumar,SPHRi, Courtney Pierce, Kostas Vassilakis, Kara Smith, Darren Artillio, Joe Buckley, Danna Nelson, Cory King, and the entire Amtech Software India on this next chapter. #PoweredByZinnov. American enterprises are rethinking where high-value work should happen — and ACCs are at the center of this shift. Across the U.S., more than 4,000 American Capability Centers are already operating in 150+ metros, powering engineering, R&D, AI, and digital transformation. These aren’t satellite offices—they’re strategic hubs designed to build differentiated capabilities and accelerate innovation. As AI adoption grows and regulated industries move closer to customers, ACCs are expanding rapidly across cities like Phoenix, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, and Columbus. Discover how Fortune 500 enterprises are designing and scaling ACCs—and why they’re becoming the backbone of modern operating models. Download Zinnov's 2025 ACC Report to learn more.

Over 50% of new Fortune 500 American Capability Centers (ACCs) are now being built in non-coastal metros — signaling a major shift in America’s innovation geography. But what are ACCs? They are strategic onshore hubs where enterprises build engineering, digital, AI, and operations capabilities through small, high-impact teams working close to customers and regulators. And now, these centers are moving inland. Cities like Phoenix, Columbus, and Kansas City are emerging as capability hubs, with strong talent pipelines, university partnerships, and up to 30% lower operating costs than coastal metros. Discover how Fortune 500 enterprises are reshaping where capability is built. Download Zinnov's 2025 ACC Report

Where is real AI capability taking shape as global demand accelerates? While AI adoption is rising everywhere, only a few regions are pulling ahead driven by faster talent growth, stronger ecosystems, and focused national programs. In 2024, AI and ML roles grew 20% faster than software engineering, creating distinct hotspots where capability is building at speed. The CoE Hotspots of the World 2025 report traces this shift, highlighting the markets where AI depth, engineering maturity, and ecosystem strength are converging. These locations are shaping where enterprises will build, scale, and innovate in the years ahead. #BOT is an expensive outsourcing contract dressed up as a GCC. Most companies don’t fail at GCCs because of talent or geography. They fail because of the model they choose to build them. Many Enterprises default to a BOT to enter India. It promises speed and risk insulation. But the reality is more complicated: • Incentives are misaligned. Vendors optimize margin, not long-term capability. • Talent quality varies. Especially when “bench” resources fill seats. • The real failure point is the transfer phase. Attrition spikes, hidden transfer fees show up, and culture collapses during rebadging. Many BOTs never transfer at all. Zinnov's GCC-as-a-Service changes this equation. 1. Instead of inheriting a vendor’s culture, processes, and team, companies build their culture from Day 1. 2. Instead of waiting 24–36 months for transfer, they start operating as an integrated global team immediately. 3. Instead of absorbing setup friction or transfer shock, they focus purely on capability, outcomes, and scale. And this matters. The highest-performing GCCs, the ones driving AI, platforms, products, and transformation, all share the same foundation: direct ownership, strategic intent, and seamless integration from day one. That is exactly what Zinnov’s GCC-as-a-Service delivers: * Fast setup without the compliance and regulatory burden. * Your brand, your culture, your hiring bar — not a partner’s. * Full transparency and governance, no black-box operations. * No transfer risk, no rebadging attrition, no valuation fights. * A mature operating model used by 350+ centers globally. In short: • BOT gives you a center to inherit. • GCC-as-a-Service gives you a center to lead. As the largest independent GCC builder and operator, we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t across hundreds of setups. The companies that win are the ones that start with clarity, control, and capability — not complexity disguised as convenience. If you’re thinking about building in India or scaling globally, it’s time to retire the old playbook. There’s a better, faster, lower-risk way to build a world-class GCC. Happy to share what we’re seeing across the industry.
