“I don’t think there are many places where you get to work with such world class people”. Tomorrow is Y Combinator Demo Day, and we couldn't be more excited. We've had the privilege of working with incredible YC founders who are tackling some of the world's most challenging problems. We've watched companies go from a napkin sketch to real traction, from first customers to meaningful scale. And every single time, it reminds us why we do this work: to work with founders like Sobhan Nejad at Bland, Varunram Ganesh at Lapis Labs (YC F25) and Dada at Sorce (YC F25) who refuse to accept the status quo. To the F25 batch presenting tomorrow: we're rooting for you. We can't wait to hear what you're building and how you're planning to change the game. And to all YC founders, past and present: thank you for letting us be part of your journey and for being a part of ours!

Three more Warp customers just raised massive rounds 🚀 We're getting statistically significant data now: companies running on Warp are raising follow-on rounds faster and larger than industry averages. Reducto and Adit Abraham - $75M Series B from a16z. Just months after their $24.5M Series A. They taught AI to read documents like humans - OCR meets Vision-Language Models. Processing a billion pages monthly. From startups to Fortune 10s. Greptile and Daksh Gupta- $25M Series A, Benchmark leading. They review 500M+ lines of code monthly for Brex, PostHog, Substack. Preventing 180,000+ bugs before production. Building the validation layer that makes AI-generated code actually safe. Datacurve and Serena Ge - $15M Series A, Chemistry Ventures. Building "bounty hunter" systems for AI training data - the hard datasets that nobody else can get. That's what enables real breakthroughs. These founders chose to automate their back-office completely. While their competitors wrestle with multi-state registrations and tax notices, they're shipping product and closing rounds. That's what happens when ops runs itself - founders get their time back to build. Watching our customers win this big, this fast - that's the real validation. Congrats to the Reducto, Greptile, and Datacurve teams. You picked the harder problems

Most leaders refuse to mix relationships and work. I did and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. My wife Gabriella G. and I both have strong personalities - we both went to MIT, and we’ve been together 8 years. For a long time, I kept work completely separate. I wouldn't even talk about company problems at home. She'd get frustrated. "I can help with this." "Nope. Keeping it separate." Then I went to this founder retreat in Wyoming. Spent time with other founders at similar stages. We were all talking about the same problem: hiring people who can take something from zero to done. No hand-holding. Just make it happen. And I realized: Gabriella is EXCEPTIONAL at this: Product leadership at Google on fintech. Engineer @ Apple and Meta. Investor at @ Felicis & Two Sigma. She’s seen the pattern across dozens of startups. I came back and asked her to start on Monday. Week three just ended. She's already made one critical hire. Solved three problems I'd been stuck on. Here's what I got wrong: I thought keeping work and life separate was "professional." What it actually was: leaving one of the best operators I know on the sidelines while I struggled alone. The real life hack isn't that “work-life” balance everyone loves to talk about. It's having someone who's equally invested in the outcome sitting across from you when shit hits the fan. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.
