The future of our industry depends on the talents we attract and the knowledge we pass on. I am convinced of it. I was pleased to meet participants in ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile’s UTA programme during my visit to London Gatwick airport. Airports are complex environments where safety, precision and operational excellence are essential every day. They are also constantly evolving, with new technologies, new challenges and new ways of operating. This is why I believe so strongly in the importance of passing on our experience and sharing the reality of our businesses. There is a lot to learn in aviation, but also a lot to be passionate about. From our daily operations to innovations such as robotic parking, which I had the opportunity to see first-hand during a site visit this afternoon, the range of expertise and opportunities in our industry is broader than ever. Our industry also has a major role to play in the decarbonization of aviation, which is increasingly shaping the skills, expertise and opportunities of tomorrow. We need to continue attracting talented people and giving them opportunities to develop and take on responsibilities. This also means continuing to make our industry more diverse. We need more women to join aviation, develop their careers and take on leadership positions across our businesses. The discussions with UTA participants were a great reminder that the future of aviation will be shaped by our ability to combine experience and new perspectives, and to pass on what we have learned while continuing to challenge the way we operate. On a French motorway, a patrol vehicle is hit by a passing car every week on average. This is too much. 46 patrol vehicles were hit on the VINCI Autoroutes network in 2025. To reduce this risk, VINCI Autoroutes developed PatrolCare through its subsidiary Cyclope.ai. When a patrol van stops on the roadside, a camera activates within two seconds and monitors a 250-meter virtual corridor behind the vehicle. If an approaching car's trajectory is flagged as dangerous by real-time AI analysis, an alarm of over 120 decibels fires, alerting both the patrol team and the driver. More than 100 vans have been equipped so far. PatrolCare won the 2024 Road Safety Innovation Prize.

𝗝𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹! We are expanding and modernizing the Portuguese airport system to increase connectivity to the world. With the submission of the final technical report, and the environmental report to follow shortly, we are taking another decisive step towards the future Luís de Camões Airport in Lisbon that will strengthen Portugal's connectivity and support its long-term ambitions. The largest investment ever undertaken by ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal, SA, subsidiary of VINCI Airports, the new airport will welcome more than 56 million passengers every year, providing Portugal with the capacity its ambitions deserve for the benefit of passengers, airlines and the Portuguese economy. It is a project we are building with Portugal — with the República Portuguesa - XXV Governo, with our partners, with local communities, and with the thousands of men and women who work every day to make this a reality. Preparing tomorrow also means investing today: our teams keep connecting Portugal regions to the world. Across Portugal's airport network, from Porto and Faro to Madeira and the Azores, we continue to modernize infrastructure, improve operational performance, and enhance the passenger experience. In Lisbon alone, several hundreds of million euros are currently being invested to expand capacity and transform the existing airport with new South Pier, renovated central pier and border control area. 2026 is the highest CAPEX investment year of ANA history. This dual approach reflects what VINCI Airports stands for: investing for today while building for tomorrow. Since becoming ANA's shareholder in 2013, VINCI Airports has proudly accompanied Portugal's remarkable transformation. Passenger traffic has more than doubled: from 30 million in 2012 to nearly 75 million passengers this year, supporting tourism, economic growth and international connectivity. As a long-term strategic partner, Portugal's success is also our success. Thank you to the Portuguese Government, to Miguel Pinto Luz and Hugo Espirito Santo for their presence today, to all our partners, and ANA’s teams for their commitment, dedication and hard work on all those projects. Together, we are expanding and modernizing the Portuguese airport system to better connect the country to the world. #Portugal #PortugalAirports #NewLisbonAirport VINCI VINCI Concessions Rémi Maumon de Longevialle José Luís Arnaut Thierry Ligonnière Duarte Nuno Silva Carlos Oliveira
