Modernising critical public services takes more than digitising forms. It requires secure, scalable technology designed around the people who use it. Versent supported Queensland Police Service in the development of the QPS Bail App, a digital bail reporting platform live at every Queensland police station. The platform replaced manila folders and handwritten sign-in sheets across 200+ stations handling 2,000 to 4,000 bailees a week. From solution design and user experience design to architecture and end-to-end development, Versent helped streamline bail reporting statewide, reducing breach-report processing from 90 minutes to 5 and enabling instant failure-to-report detection. Read the full story to see how Versent helped Queensland Police Service digitise bail reporting at scale.
