We're closing the year with a reminder of what moves us. Not just freight. Not just deadlines. Purpose. Our 2025 Holiday Campaign launches this week. A tribute to the questions that guide us every day: How can we be better? How can we innovate? How can we deliver faster, with quality, and with heart? In this season of reflection, we paused to hear what truly matters: care, dedication, and deep listening. And one message stands above all: without purpose, nothing moves forward. To our clients, partners, and teams, thank you for believing in what we do and why we do it. Here's to 2026, grounded in purpose and driven by impact. 💙 What's driving your work forward in 2026? #2025SeasonsGreetings #HappyHolidaysFromVector

Food Security Now. Standing With Our Communities. Across the U.S., the federal government shutdown is deepening a growing crisis: food insecurity. Today, 1 in 8 Americans, including 1 in 5 children in Georgia, are unsure where their next meal will come from. At Vector Global Logistics, Logistics With Purpose® means turning our expertise into action. For every U.S. shipment we move through Q4, we’re donating $20 — split between the Atlanta Community Food Bank and The Tender Foundation — to support families facing food insecurity. We’ve also opened our Atlanta office as a drop-off location for food and essential donations (baby formula, wipes, diapers, and non-perishables) through November 21. But we can’t do this alone. We’re challenging logistics partners and businesses everywhere to join us: → Tie your own shipments to donations. → Partner with your local food bank. → Use #LogisticsWithPurpose and #FoodSecurityNow to inspire others. Because when the supply chain unites, hunger doesn’t stand a chance. Drop-Off Location: Vector Atlanta Office, King Plow complex (887 West Marietta Street NW, Suite N-109, Atlanta, GA 30318) Collection Window: Now through November 21 👉 Who’s with us? #LogisticsWithPurpose #FoodSecurityNow #VectorGlobalLogistics #CommunityImpact #FightHunger Jaycina Almond Logistics With Purpose®

I was cleaning my room recently and found an old book that belonged to my dad, Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude by Jeffrey Gitomer. I started flipping through it and came across this page. It brought back memories of him, but I also thought the message was worth sharing. Philosophy drives attitude. Attitude drives actions. Actions drive results. Results drive lifestyles. So simple, but so true. We spend a lot of time in business talking about results, strategy, numbers and goals. But much of it starts much earlier, with how we think, how we show up, and the small choices we make every day. Sometimes, even something as simple as leading with a smile can change the tone of a conversation or a difficult day. A nice little reminder from my dad’s bookshelf. Happy Friday, everyone. Have a great weekend.

Most conversations about modern supply chains start and end with visibility: real-time tracking, cleaner dashboards, line-of-sight across every lane. That matters. But after two decades in this industry, I’ve learned that knowing where a problem is doesn’t solve it. Visibility tells you something’s wrong. Resilience is what you do next. Too many logistics leaders treat the two as the same thing. In my latest piece for Inc. Magazine, I look at why tracking data is now table stakes, and what separates the companies that just monitor disruption from the ones that act on it.

A component can have a flight booked and still be a long way from ready to move. A serial number that doesn’t match. A crate that needs replacing. Paperwork waiting for approval. Someone waiting for an answer before they can release the shipment. These aren’t small details when a maintenance team is grounded waiting for that part. In my experience, the gap is rarely the logistics — it’s the visibility. Does everyone know what needs to happen next? Who is responsible? And if something changes, are the right people talking to each other? As I get ready for MRO Europe in Amsterdam next week, I’d like to hear from people dealing with this every day. Where do you see shipments losing the most time: getting parts ready to leave, clearing customs, or making that final delivery to the hangar? And what has helped your team make it work better? #MROEurope #AviationLogistics #AviationMRO

GE Appliances, a Haier company delivers a new appliance every 10 seconds. Managing that kind of scale takes 11 factories, 14 distribution centers, and thousands of employees moving at full speed. When Vice President of Logistics Marcia Brey joined us on Logistics With Purpose®, she shared a key reason they make that work: a few years ago, her team moved logistics over to the commercial side of the business. That meant trading conference rooms for hard hats and hitting job sites with the sales team. Seeing how customers actually operated completely reframed how her team built their supply chain processes. It’s the same hands-on approach she brought to helping the Red Cross deploy disaster relief laundry trailers, and what drove her career from engineering intern to leading logistics at an incredible scale.
